Magen-Darmprobleme nach dem Risotto de Mare. Die Filetspitzen bei den Nudeln waren keine Spitzen, sondern vier Stücke à ca. 25-30 Gramm. Sah alles nach Convinience aus. Der (indische?) Ober war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert.

Wir hatten am 20.10.2024 für eine Familienfeier mit 21 Erwachsenen & 2 Kleinkinder zum Brunch 4 * 6er Tische reserviert. Entgegen unserem ausdrücklichen Wunsch bei der Reservierung fanden wir eine ansprechend dekorierte Tafel in L-Form vor. Die Vielfalt und Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen und Getränke am Brunchbuffet war qualitativ und quantitativ in angemessenem Preis.- Leistungsverhältnis, dekorativ und übersichtlich angeordnet. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an Gäste beim Brunch kam das junge, schlecht geschulte Servicepersonal mit sprachlichem Deutschdefizit schnell an seine Kapazitätsgrenzen. Das Nachlegen von vergriffenen Speisen, Gläsern, Tassen und Bestecken war teilweise grenzwertig. Für Getränkebestellungen außerhalb des Buffets musste man den Servicekräften nachlaufen bzw. an den Tresen gehen um eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Auch der Tischservice, die benutzten leeren Gläser, Tassen und Teller an den Tischen abzuräumen funktionierte nur mehr als spärlich. Normalerweise nehmen Servicekräfte leeres Geschirr am Tisch auf dem Rückweg mit, um dem Gast ein ansprechendes Tischambiente zu vermitteln - hier leider Fehlanzeige. Als Resümee ist das Brunchbuffet im Preis.- Leistungsverhältnis empfehlenswert, der Service aber unbedingt ausbaufähig.

There was no air conditioning, which I normally would not mind, but keeping the windows open was a bad option due to the street noises.
