Service was great. We felt welcomed upon arrival and were even given restaurant and family fun recommendations. The rooms, restrooms, and bed were all clean and comfortable. The area of the hotel was quiet and relaxing feet away from the Hawaiian Falls Waterpark.

Flea bag! Literally. This is a scruffy and sorry hotel and we regretted staying there. The room was dirty - the chair on the room was covered in dog hair. Roanoke is a lovely spot and it deserves a better hotel than this!

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! My family and I are were guests at this hotel for a weekend and on that following Monday I was charged $500 because we were told by management that we left the water running “on full blast with the drain closed” in the tub upon check-out (WHICH WE DID NOT DO, who in their right mind would do that) essentially flooding the entire hotel…. I found out about this because of the charge on my card, no one from the hotel even tried to call me to modify me of the “damage” my family caused. The manager Karl/Carl was extremely rude and unprofessional. He constantly talked over me and never tired to resolve the issue. He stated no one went in the room after us (not even the cleaning service) only my family. I called Choice Hotels multiple times and continued to get the runaround about the situation. Bottom line, they simply wanted more money and chose my family to be their victims.

There is nothing that I did not like about this Hotel. Check in is not till 3pm. I had been on the road for a long time I was ok with just sitting in the lobby till 3. Front desk went and checked the the rooms to see if any where ready to go and let me check in early. The place was very clean and the rooms were cool. Pool was clean and felt great after being in the Texas heat all day. I will use this place anytime I am in town.
