The best hotel I have found in terms of cleanliness, quality, reception and cooperation of the staff, its proximity to the embassy district, the presence of the swimming pool and gym, the uniformity of the restaurant and lobby, the hotel’s spaciousness, the spacious rooms and the services as well, and I especially mention Brother Saleh and the rest of the staff and Brother Amr. .. May God help you

I stayed at this hotel when I went to FII. The bed was very comfortable. I often travel for business but this hotel has the best bed. It was very relaxing after a day of work. The service staff was very kind and thoughtful. They were friendly from the heart. The room was large, the facilities were complete and new. There were many types of buffets, and they were updated every day. I will stay here again next time.
In addition, Ctrip said that there was no 24-hour hot water, but it was actually available.

The location of this hotel is very good, the receptionist at the front desk is friendly, and the cleaning staff cleans the room very well. I noticed that the staff kept cleaning the windows and tidying up the sofas in the lobby. Very systematic hotel management.

For hotels in Riyadh that are relatively close to the city center, it takes almost 20 minutes to get to different places in Riyadh.
It's a little far away from the Saudi Museum, about 30 minutes' drive, and there is a cafe underneath the hotel.
Saudi people are also active in the afternoon, so they go to bed late and get up late during the day, which is related to the climate. Riyadh is undergoing infrastructure construction everywhere. It is a rapidly developing city with a relatively open culture. However, every hotel has a prayer room. Many facilities in the hotel are not allowed to be used by women. It is a cost-effective business hotel.
A Luxury Serviced Residences with unrivaled views of Riyadh city and easy access to major attractions. King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, and King Khalid International Airport are located within easy reach, setting the hotel as a unique leisure, business, and long-stay destination. Fairmont Ramla consists of 35-story and 249 luxury residential units. A truly unique property that will soon be the most sought-after residential address in the capital.
The boss is very nice. He came to pick us up when our flight arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning. He is very welcoming. The environment of the B&B is very clean and tidy. The chef's cooking skills are also outstanding. Being able to eat Chinese food abroad makes me feel at home. Same, a great experience, I will stay here again

MMariaCWe had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.
We do speak a bit of mandarin which made things easier yet the couple who owns this place speak some English. They were very kind and helpful and picked us up from the other hotel we we’re staying at (I usually like to experience different hotels in a place to give us a richer experience of the place we are visiting. The other hotel was also 4 times the price).
The couple has 3 home stays in total and they took us to the 3 of them so we could decide which one we wanted to stay at. We decided to stay at the one in the Kingdom center area, I think it was a great choice as the closing is great.
This b&b is great for the price. The room price was better booking through English app Trip I have than the Chinese Ctrip the owner checked from her phone. I use Trip for everything btw. It is so easy to use.
The wife who is the host offered us fruit, milk and water upon arrival and let us stay in the living room relaxing and chatting to them until we were ready to go to our rooms. The place has a friendly feeling to it as other guests and friends (all Chinese) gathered in the living room to chat. There is a lovely and playful cat with which my son was playing.
They accommodated to our eating times unlike other hotels where breakfast closes at 10:30am. They have a chef who is very friendly and cooks nice home made meals daily.
The room we had was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The one we stayed is a big house with a few rooms, we had a room with 2 single beds.
They offer shampoo and body gel in the showers. Other toiletries were not in the bathroom but I think they might have been upon request (I am guessing as the wife was super helpful and attentive) and if not, you could buy them in the shops nearby. We brought our own.
There is a maid who helps clean daily. I honestly think she could do a better job as the floor was quite dusty, the sink had some toothbrushing stains, the bathroom run out of tissue paper quickly so I had to get one from another room, and I had to ask the owner for towels which she quickly asked the maid to get us and she did so quickly. I also saw the owner (wife) was very much on top of things and asking the maid her to check things daily, put tissue on the table, etc so I think the maid just lacked some proactivity but I could see that the owner really tried to make it clean and comfortable.
I also liked how other empty rooms were open so I could see them and get tissue paper there, it felt like we were trusted. I had a key to our room and the main door during our stay.
There is a washing machine the owner said we could use so I am sure we could have asked for our clothes to get washed. We didn’t as we only stayed 1 night as we stayed with friends the rest of our stay.
While i visit St Regis i went to Stella Lounge. Nice place good vibes. Serve delicious food thanks chefs.. Staff greet us very warm especially Saadat and Gouda they were so helpful and professional.Thank you for them we had nice time. For sure we will come back.
TTAHNONRadisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Riyadh. Its 25 minutes drive from King Khalid airport and one minute walk to the main exhibition entrance which is very convenient specially during the summer with more than 45c ambient temperature . The moment you reached the reception desk, you will be greeted with fresh Arabic Coffee and dates. Check in was surprisingly swift and smooth. I would like to thank Miss Joury for her cooperation and answering all our questions regarding the hotel facilities and the near by points of interest with a BIG smile.
Room was spotless and elegantly decorated. There are plenty of free coffee and tea choices in the minibar. I appreciated the extra large bath towels and nice walk in shower with easy function shower mixer.
The only drawback is the size of the bed is very narrow (twin bed room)
This is a really comfortable hotel. The most comfortable bed and feather pillows of our time in Saudi Arabia. The breakfast was also the best. Buffet style with European options but absolutely delicious Arabic food including salads, bread, ful, a wide variety of dips and local cheeses, fruit etc plus an egg station and endless coffee or tea. Ask for a view towards Kingdom Tower. Saudi Arabia isn’t built for walking but you can get to the park at the back of the library where families meet in the evening which is entertaining. You don’t have many food options but there is cafe Elite which has a reasonably good value salad, a pizza place in the library and a mall with food court. If you’re prepared to walk a bit further through the back streets you can get to Mamma Noura which is by far the best and freshest shawarma and juice restaurant with great salads in this part of town. Highly entertaining and sociable too.
GGuest UserSpend the weekend at this lovely and cozy hotel. Room was so clean and comfortable. All expected amenities were there. The perfect hotel around the diplomatic quarter area. You can reach anywhere you want in Riyadh in 20 minutes. Lots of malls around. The hotel has an English restaurant called LONDON CIRCUS, food is of an excellent quality and taste. Also the open buffet breakfast and dinner were amazing and had everything that anyone could think of. Since Riyadh is not the destination to be walking around and everywhere is reached by car, i guess the diplomatic area is a good place to stay at.
HhcahcaBreakfast is not bad, it seems to be free of charge for any room type? Mainly the service is too bad. There are not many people in the hotel, but every time I want something to be delivered, the three adults are staying. As a result, there is only one pair of slippers in the room. It takes two days to get it... The whole front desk is very slack and the room is not big.
KKellyThe location is at the end of the kingdom
Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)
GGuest UserI usually try to find something positive to say about a place, but with this hotel it is almost impossible. If there was something good to say I think that going out of business would be the kindest thing. Everything is below any standard, but especially the service level of this hotel deserves the mention of being just horrible. Some daily picks: sound insulation is not available, non-smoking rooms are smelling of tobacco, A/C is making the loudest possible noise and the bedbugs are making attacks. Then you try to change rooms and the personnel inform that they will transfer the luggage to another room during a days absence and you arrive late in the evening just to notice that nothing has happened… On top of that when you get out of the shower naked a guy steps in with his luggage saying that he has a reservation for the same room.
GGuest UserThe room is fully equipped with TV, sofa and small refrigerator. The bathroom is a bit compact and the 0.8-meter bed is a bit narrow. Everything else is good and livable.
BBuningThe room is so clean, luxurious and spacious that you can't believe it's only 6,000 yen. There are more than enough amenities. The employees were very friendly and I had a very comfortable stay.
The floor was cleaned so well that it didn't bother me even if I lay down on it. It was a great experience as there were public restaurants nearby.
What was disappointing was the water area, the toilet seat was missing and the bottom of the bath was dirty. However, it wasn't the type of dirt that would rub off, but it was gouged? It seemed clean.
Overall, it's a good hotel that I would recommend to others, but I would like the toilet seat to be fixed as soon as possible.
