Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel

I have stayed multiple times at mansard during my business trips in riyadh, i can say im very very satisfied for multiple reasons 1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. The room experience is great, i would suggest not having different sources of lighting that u need to separately turn off, maybe only rely on the lights that u can turn off with the switch located next to the bed 3. The water pressure and temperature are great, wish there was a bath tub 4. The hotel offers alot of facilities like the complementary executive lounge which is quite and great for reading a book and having a light bite 5. The complementary products in the bathroom are better than most hotels, which is nice 6. The person working on the reception was very thoughtful, he knew i needed an extra quite room so he considered that and didnt give me one that’s on the main street side 7. They can pack your breakfast to go, my most favorite thing because im always running late to work, and i love their food and coffee 8.the tv can screen mirror with an iphone, I’ve stayed at hotels that didnt have that i actually think only mansard has this , huge perk 9. The gym opens 24/7 , only downside is that its mixed 10. The location is 10/10 Overall i think mansard is the best hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Riyadh although im very picky, the experience is well designed and thought of

The staff at the the reception was not pleased to welcome guests, poor aptitude and arrogance, no porter for the luggage we received our luggage after 30 min, No concierge at the Desk to assist you ! The room was first floor on the Highway extremely Noisy, No amenities Once you complain about and you want to meet a Manager No one at the hotel to treat your situation !!! Hotel deserves 2 stars …..

Exceptional hotel 10/10 facilities and super friendly staff (Specially Mohammed in the front desk). World class spa and food options. Definitely coming back!

As a frequent traveler I must say this place is one of a kind. I tried many brands and many hotels and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Thank you to all the team and the management for this iconic hotel and for sure will return back soon.

Given the quality of hotels I've stayed in Riyadh, this hotel was a positive change. Solid quality of building and rooms as well as pleasantly clean. Unfortunately, this is where positivity ends. You can earn Radisson points ONLY if booking via Radisson website. Not sure if anyone does that these days and, moreover, there is no such reference in Radisson's website. They start serving breakfast at 7am, which is late for a business traveler like me. Moreover, breakfast is served in a la carte form, which means it takes 5-10 minutes until someone approaches you to take your order and then another 15-20 minutes until your selection is served. Again, wasting half hour of precious morning time. Finally, would be great if hotel could increase the number of news (business news) TV channels.

The hotel was 10/10 in every aspect, upon arrival I was taken care of their super welcoming, as for the facilities, the gym, pool were super hub, the restaurant was 5 star in food and service The Plaza site was great too I will ve back again this year for sure
