The hotel is nice and has good facilities, a fantastic rooftop, a good gym and friendly personnel. Some issue can be done better, from my point of view, to transform this hotel from average to upper scale: 1. In room cleaning can be better, many glass surfaces and mirrors are still foggy and with dust. Trash cans were not emptied everyday and bath kit (shampoo and lotions) not replaced when used. Floor needs some better cleaning too. 2. Breakfast buffet is good and with a plenty of different offers, even though some soft music there might add a touch of comfort, instead of the noise of dishes and cutlery only. In general a good experience that can be made even better with some attention to the details, we know, the devil is in the details.

The hotel is fine and in a good location with walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. The only issue is that the room was very small, i was not able to even fully open the wardrobe.

The environment is very good, there are sofas, the space is large, and the customer service staff are also very kind. The only drawback is that breakfast is relatively expensive. You can only eat eggs and a few pieces of bread. Breakfast is about 84 yuan per person. It is not a buffet. It is recommended to buy bread in the cafe downstairs, which will be more affordable.

Clean and tidy, the whole hotel is filled with a comfortable fragrance. The room is too small and the breakfast is relatively simple. The front desk is unwilling to call a taxi for the guests. I have to use a hotel taxi, but it is several times more expensive than the normal price.

One of my worst experiences with a hotel ever. The building itself and the location are not the issue here. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I had a nightmare experience with reception and reservation. We stayed in total 6 nights for total 10,000 SAR in a Junior Suite. We reserved original 4 nights and extended 1. While paying the extension reception staff didn’t tell me that there was an error in the extension date but took the money and left me in believe I can stay the next night. What happened the next day is yelling of an ill tempered female receptionist at my wife through the phone telling her she had to leave the hotel immediately. Going down to the reception desk she was told that hotel is overbooked and she must leave despite a paid reservation. At the end they found a way to change but at a price of 2.000 SAR compared to my normal rate of 1,100 SAR. I have never been handled that rude in my life, my wife was shattered and felt unsafe by yelling at here and we decided to leave the hotel giving up a paid room for the next night because my wife could not stay in that place anymore. We will never use a Hilton Hotel anymore for our lifetime because we will not tolerate such threat and ill behavior against guest with a Hilton Honors status. There were plenty of options to solve the problem but Hilton chose to insult, provoke and rip off their customers. After complaining to customer service, the answer was a call from the manager in a collegial tone thinking he can play down the incident. No excuse for the rude staff behavior and no restitution except the offer of a few honors points, which I rejected as an insult for that type of nightmare. This is not the way you treat customers and how hospitality works. I was treated in every hotel in the world better than at Hilton Double Tree.

Breakfast is not bad, it seems to be free of charge for any room type? Mainly the service is too bad. There are not many people in the hotel, but every time I want something to be delivered, the three adults are staying. As a result, there is only one pair of slippers in the room. It takes two days to get it... The whole front desk is very slack and the room is not big.

I booked this hotel to watch the game. The owner of the B&B was very nice and arranged a pick-up service. There is a canteen with three meals a day including Chinese food, so you don’t have to worry about not getting used to it. The location is very close to the venue, about 10 minutes by car, and about 20 minutes from the airport. It is very convenient. There is a supermarket opposite where you can use visa cards. There are several floors inside the B&B. The public areas are very large and very comfortable. The staff are all Chinese, so there is no problem with language. Friends who are considering staying here, don’t hesitate! It is suitable to stay here alone or with friends~

By far the worst experience I’ve had in a long time as a business traveller. I thought instead of carving out $300/night for an international hotel, I’ll give this one a chance. Big mistake. Upon check-in, they were unable to find my booking, which they resolved by giving me a higher room that I booked, more expensive of course; after I showed them my *********** booking, they changed it back to the right room however, I got an upgrade because the original room was not available. Very nice I have to say. However, my room has no windows whatsoever, so I am completely locked into a concrete cubicle that has no view of any outside. The Internet in this place is beyond imagination, it even took a couple of attempts to write and save this review. Earlier this morning, I was unable to open any website. So if you think you can have a zoom call or watch a Netflix movie here, you are mistaken. I will never come again and if it wasn’t only for two nights, I would have checked out the first morning, that I woke up here.
