Booked a Staycation for our daughter’s birthday with several of her friends. What a great place to bring the family and enjoy each other’s company. The front desk staff, Savanah and Jon, were very welcoming and engaging, the pool was immaculate and the attendant was helpful. The beach cabana staff were professional, great conversation recommending places to dine and things to do with the kids. Nice new beach chairs and umbrellas and all so organized! The beach staff set the tone for the relaxed and enjoyable tropical stay, well worth the money as the pampering and attention to detail will have us coming back again! Thank You!

Property is very nice and close to restaurants...within a little walk and the area is very safe and quiet. Nice pool area although pool bar wasn't open so couldn't enjoy drinks by the pool. Views from balcony were amazing when we were in the 2 bedroom Room 601 we could see the ocean and the canal so the best of both worlds. View from 1 bedroom 916 was overlooking the pool and it too was equally pretty. Each unit has a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. The only downfall to Room 916 is it is apparently privately owned and when we arrived the washer was broken. I contacted the front desk and they let me know to contact the owner. I did and they apparently knew about it but didn't let me know even though they texted me to give me the wifi password. This was only a let down as we are scuba divers and needed to wash towels for our blue heron bridge dive the following day. Parking is only valet and $35 a night, nice bakery/coffee shop on site with a boutique and upscale restaurant in resort. Staff are extremely helpful and make sure to accommodate anytime they can. Highly recommend this is resort just wish this was a way to know if the room you are booking is privately owned or resort owned in case you have an issue. Spa on site lols amazing and they even have a blow out salon!! Optional daily resort fee to include beach chairs and other amenities if you choose.

The shower head was terrible, barely any pressure and spread, hair dryer was loud and sounded like it was going break any second, I turned the heater on in the morning and it just blew cold air had to turn it off was making the room colder, there was no shear curtains (only the thick black-out ones). I would have liked to let some sun light in the room, but everyone that walked by could have seen us clearly in our room. Best part was the friendly and helpful staff, beyond nice/friend very professional. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only the room office chair cushion was kind of nasty.
