No room cleaning services for the first week of stay at this hotel. Front desk staff are generally helpful, except the one male staff who checked me out on September 30. This staff was rude and seemed to ignore whatever I said. During my stay, I once asked him to help with the room arrangement, but he did not offer any help, though he said that he would.
