Tipico albergo Romagnolo a gestione quasi familiare. Accoglienza molto calorosa grazie alla giovane Irina che con entusiasmo ha sempre cercato di darci buoni consigli per la nostra vacanza. Camere semplici ma molto pulite con servizi standard per un 3stelle. Posizione eccellente a metà strada tra il centro storico di Rimini e Riccione. Non ho gradito lo stabilimento balneare consigliato (124) per la maleducazione dei proprietari ma ci siamo rivolti ad uno stabilimento differente. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, lo consiglio a chi cerca una vacanza autentica.

Mi chiamo Giusy, il mio primo soggiorno in questo meraviglioso hotel STRESA di Rivazzurra in via Gubbio Ho soggiornato in una camera Economy piccola ma con con tutti i Comfort dall'aria condizionata al televisore alla cassaforte al cambio biancheria tutti giorni (lo staff per le pulizie sono ragazze bravissime e socievoli simpatiche Al mattino colazione diversa tutte le mattine e poi per pranzo e cena ci si può appoggiare ai ristoranti convenzionati con l'hotel (si mangia benissimo dai primi fatti in casa al pesce, carne piade i dolci ecc gourmet. Ma la chicca di questo hotel Stresa sono le ragazze alla reception sono simpatiche professionali carine ma soprattutto la gentilezza e la loro virtù. Ci ritornerò sicuramente Grazie a tutte voi per avermi regalato momenti deliziosi. Giusy

Abbiamo.passato solo una notte qui x spezzare il viaggio. Che dire personale stra gentile. All arrivo ci hanno regalato 5 bottiglie di acqua the e biscotti... nonostante abbiamo pagato pochissimo ... Colazione buona .albergo modesto. Un po indietro dal mare . Staff super gentile ... ci torneremo

Ci siamo ritornati per l'ottima esperienza di qualche anno fa. Staff tutto nuovo ma ragazze giovani sveglie e brillanti sempre sorridenti. Le camere sono semplici e senza fronzoli, il parcheggio è a pagamento con la navetta gratuita, in luglio è comodo perché è difficile trovare posto per strada. lo consiglio a chi cerca una struttura ricettiva onesta, con personale attento e ottimo prezzo.

Personale gentilissimo. Dalla reception con le ragazze fantastiche sempre ad accogliermi col sorriso al team della sala colazione. Cordialissimi. Camera sempre pulita e climatizzata. Piccolo frigoriferino in camera! Spero di riuscire a tornarci!

Buttati letteralmente fuori con maleducazione dall' Hotel Saint Louise perché la camera che avevamo prenotato era stata assegnata ad altri evidentemente (basti pensare che la maleducatissima receptionist ci ha semplicemente comunicato che eravamo stati spostati in un altro albergo della categoria a un chilometro da lì e invitati ad andarcene a piedi poiché secondo lei ci volevano dieci minuti e pure minacciati di penale nel caso volessimo annullare la prenotazione, questa persona deve cambiare lavoro!). Ottenuta una navetta arriviamo all' Hotel Stresa e devo complimentarmi per la squisita gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, solo per questo è valsa la pena cambiare la destinazione che avevamo prenotato. Grazie Iryna, Arianna e Manuela è stato un piacere avere a che fare con voi, ritorneremo per altri weekend a Rivazzurra!!
