Hotelli on varsin uusi, mutta parvekkeella ja huoneessamme oli pieniä muurahaisia.
Respasta tarjottiin muurahaismyrkkyä asiasta kerrottaessa.

Väldigt nonchalant personal vid både in och utcheckning. Vi checkade ut på kvällen efter vi varit ute och ätit för att vi skulle börja köra tidigt på morgonen. Allt var ok men de glömde nog berätta att ingången var stängd och låst på natten. Inga skyltar eller information om hur man skulle ta oss ut. Hittade en dörr genom trädgården som var öppen.

Excellent family hotel with staff who are extremely helpful and happy in their work. The rooms are well fitted out with balconies overlooking the stunning mountains. Good AC and WiFi plus lots of parking. Facilities for children are great and include a pool, table tennis as well as a huge area out the back of the hotel with large inflatables and trampolines. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choices and good coffee. There are plenty of shops locally and It's a short drive into Riva del Garda where there are gorgeous restaurants and views of the lake. Special mention for the lovely barman who couldn't do enough for us and even found a channel showing the Wimbledon tennis final for my Mum! We also used the hotel bikes to explore the area which were well maintained. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Ho prenotato la spa per utilizare l’idromassaggio essendo che sauna e bagno turco non lo faccio. Arrivati lì, la vasca dava dei problemi, non andava proprio. Ho segnalato subito il problema varie volte alla reception ed è venuta la signora a accertarsene personalmente, ci dice di aspettare un attimo e che avrebbe trovato una soluzione, ma non si è più fatta vedere. Finito il tutto mi sarei aspettata uno sconto o qualcosa per il disagio, ma una volta terminato il tutto non c’era neanche più la signora, ma un altra persona ignara di tutto. Nel complesso la spa bellissima peccato l’accaduto!

Hotel dotato di tutti i comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto attenti alle esigenze delle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Consiglio il ristorante interno e ottimo anche il servizio SPA. Consigliatissimo

Unterkunft ist sehr alt und teilweise heruntergekommen. Wurde glaube ich teilweise renoviert, nicht jedoch unser Zimmer. Würde ich so nicht mehr hingehen, zumal für das Geld.

Das Hotel hat mir gut gefallen. Die Ladestationen für E-Autos ist leider immer zugeparkt mit Verbrenner! So macht das keinen Sinn!
