房間還行，樓下有酒吧，都是老頭老太太在旅遊度假，出了酒店，就是加爾達湖

Appena rientrati da un favoloso weekend al savoy, tutto perfetto , accoglienza in reception gentilezza del personale , cena superlativa e camera bella e confortevole ( quadrupla standard ) posizione ottima vicino al lago Torneremo con molto piacere

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Savoy Palace. Man merkt dem Hotel aber sein Alter an. Das Personal ist freundlich aber wenig persönlich.

Great hotel. We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Savoy Palace. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We had a superior room with sunbeds in our balcony. The room was slightly smaller than expected. I had to ask at the reception for a kettle and tea/coffee items. These are not in the room on arrival. Breakfast was lovely and had a good selection of foods. The pool was excellent and heated. The pool bar was gab as was the snacks and drinks. We hired a bike from the hotel which was a deposit of€20 and cylced all around Riva and Torbole. Great hotel and excellent service.

Wonderful hotel. Food first class, the accommodation perfect a little updating here and there needed staff extremely polite. Owners were hands on every night talking to clients. Pools inside and out perfect, clean and tidy. Views were outstanding.

Ottima location comoda ed accogliente unico neo di questo sereno week end la posizione della camera era l'unica con le scale antincendio che ti passavano davanti e per la privacy non è bello ..abbiamo sperimentato la spa accogliente sotto tutti i punti di vista ottima la piscina esterna riscaldata la colazione del mattino era ricca ed abbondante correlata da personale gentile e disponibile..insomma un soggiorno che a parte l'unico neo della camera è stato appagante .

The staff service was excellent. Would highlight David in the restaurant and Anya on reception as going over and above with customer service.
It’s a great location for exploring lake Garda and all its attractions.
