Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön neu und grosszügig gebaut. Der Essraum ist ebenfalls schön neu gemacht und angenehm. Im ersten Blick wenn man ankommt, ist der Eingangsbereich etwas unpassend, zum Rest des Hotels (noch alt und eher eng). Das Essen ist absolut fein köstlich und schmackhaft und man kann nach seinen Wünschen dosieren. Sehr geschätzt hatten wir auch jeweils den Gruss aus der Küche als erster Gang, nach dem Salatbuffet. Saunaraum auch neu gemacht, eher aber klein, Innenbad OK. Die Bedienung sehr persönlich und freundlich. Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen, in diesem Preisrange.

Ho soggiornato presso l’hotel Kondrolf in Alto Adige e l'esperienza è stata nel complesso molto piacevole. La camera, anche se piccolina, era accogliente, pulita e dotata di un bel balcone con vista sul parcheggio. Un dettaglio che mi ha colpito particolarmente è stata la bellissima lampada da tavolo, che aggiungeva un tocco di stile all’ambiente. La colazione era abbondante, con una grande varietà di frutta secca, ideale per iniziare bene la giornata. La cena, composta da 5 portate, era davvero eccellente, con piatti ben curati e di ottima qualità, anche se il servizio è stato un po' troppo rapido. L’esterno della struttura è molto bello e ben curato, anche se la presenza della moquette nelle scale che portano alle camere potrebbe non piacere a tutti. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto positivo in una struttura accogliente e ben gestita. Consigliato!

Sono stato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene alla reception molto gentile camera nuova con arredamento moderno molto funzionale bagno comodo e pulito il cibo merita una menzione speciale come i camerieri di sala bravi .

Grande menù. Degno di un hotel di classe superiore. Consigliato ai buongustai.Vicino a tutte le località della val Pusteria permette di vivere la montagna a 360 gradi: bicicletta, camminate e ....per le signore shopping. Personale educato e gentile.

SPA rapportata alla struttura, ben attrezzata e curata, così come la piscina. Giardino esterno utilizzabile come zona relax e solarium. Cucina eccellente, piatti bene studiati, porzioni adeguate e complete dal punto di vista nutrizionale, varietà del menú e possibilità di opzioni vegetariane. Un plauso al buffet sia della colazione che del pre-cena, ricco e ben fornito. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di noleggio di e-bike, impeccabile, piacevole e dilettevole. Ci ritorneremo
