Table étoilée Michelin délicieuse et généreuse.
L'Hotel étant entouré d'agrumes, dommage qu'ils ne se retrouvent pas plus présents dans la cuisine ou les jus.

Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery, very well managed with care and passion. Clean and tidy environments. Reception staff really prepared and kind.
Only two observations, one on the logistics deriving from the practically adjacent railway tracks and it takes a few hours to get used to the passage of trains, the other on the staff who clean the rooms who, arriving in the morning, were noisy and cackling with facts, waking me up.
We will definitely go back also because the starred restaurant deserves more than one visit.

Wonderful place, the spa pool villa immersed in a splendid citrus grove, from which you can see the sea on one side and Etna on the other. Very kind and courteous staff, excellent breakfast, and on the evening of the overnight stay we enjoyed chef Raciti's gourmet pizza, an ecstasy for the taste buds.

Fine settimana da sogno. La struttura, immersa nel verde, è un'oasi di relax di livello altissimo e di grande classe, con stanze confortevoli, ampie ed estremamente curate. La zona piscina è circondata da comodissimi divani king size, alcuni con tende per il sole. La suite con spa privata è un gioiello di classe. La colazione è ricca ma ricercata, viene servito al tavolo un vassoio con vari dolci e salati e si possono ordinare da un menù specifico uova in varie tipologie, oltre a bevande con grande varietà ed attenzione per intolleranze e allergie. La cena merita ampiamente la stella Michelin, sia per la ricercatezza e la presentazione dei piatti, che per la grande profondità della cantina. Decisamente un'oasi di pace che vale il prezzo, sicuramente non accessibile a tutti.

It’s a shame this review isn’t higher. If I could sum up zash in two words it would be “untapped potential”. This property is stunning, and the food is excellent, but for the price of a private villa at $1190 euros it’s not worth it. As a fan of modern architecture, it is sight to marvel. But ultimately we felt the experience lacking due to the lack of service and minor details. PROS -Beautiful property is idyllic citrus groves -Private villa has its own pool, sauna and steam room -Amazing restaurant (good service at the bars and restaurant) CONS -We found a giant hairball right when we came into our room by the bedside table -Hotel staff comes off disgruntled and generally not helpful -Turn down service was virtually non existent (we left our key card in room and they didn’t clean anything and glasses sat on our deck for 2 days) -Nothing was self explanatory in room and the staff wasn’t very helpful (ac unit, sauna, etc) -then minor things were just icing on the cake, like when we left our kindle and it was just we can’t help figure it out (again minor but at that point we grew accustomed to generally unhelpful staff)

La struttura sorge all’interno di un immenso agrumeto. Al vostro arrivo sarete accolti da personale cordialissimo e disponibilissimo pronto a coccolarvi incessantemente durante l’intero soggiorno. Le camere oltre ad essere stupende dal punto di vista architettonico sono curate nei minimi particolari. L’area piscina é deliziosa, così come i cocktail del bar. Poi se volete regalarvi un’emozione unica regalatevi la suite con spa e piscina privata, semplicemente da urlo. Passeggiare all’interno dell’agrumeto si rivelerà un’esperienza inebriante, io la mattina all’alba ho fatto una corsetta rigenerante. Per concludere la colazione rappresenta la ciliegina sulla torta, non perdete assolutamente di degustare le granite con le mini brioches Entusiasmante.

The place is stunning! When you enter the property you start finding out different parts of the hotel that are just beautiful! The restaurant is ESPECTACULAR! The staff was great at all times. Now the not so fun part…. Very noisy, you can hear the footsteps of your neighbors. The mattress is very hard as well as the pillows. The room is very small and minimalist, a lot of light enters de room for those who like a dark room. The shower is very small I don’t know if it was my room’s. The railway is terrible!! The train never stops going by, not even at night. We went to have dinner to other hotels around and they looked very nice too without a railway. For the price I payed I expected more confortness.

Breve permanenza presso questa struttura immersa nel verde degli agrumeti. Ambienti ben curati sia esternamente che internamente. Personale cordiale, professionale e disponibilissimo per esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. Servizio spa e centro benessere piacevoli e gestiti ottimamente per garantire privacy e relax. Non do il massimo voto solo perché qualche dettaglio poteva essere migliore e da questo hotel ovviamente ci si aspetta la perfezione o quasi. Ad esempio abbiamo trovato i lettini dell'ambiente piscina un pó troppo usurati, la colazione un pó troppo povera di scelte( specialmente salate) e la stanza (purtroppo) con eccessiva presenza di moscerini. È vero che ci troviamo in mezzo alla natura ma trovare una soluzione al riguardo garantirà un' ancor più piacevole permanenza per gli ospiti. Per il resto, Consiglio vivamente. Grazie di tutto
