O hotel adequado em relação ao custo benefício. O sofá cama da sala deveria ser mais confortável. O hotel é próximo à lojas, restaurante e ao Hot Park. A garagem é bem apertada. Bom café da manhã. No geral, vale a pena.

Hotel limpo, cafe da manha bom , garagem super apertada, nao tem ninguem organizando , e as pessoas chegam e colocam o carro do jeito que acha que tem que ser e nao nas vagas ate prendendo seu carro precisando fazer varias mandobras para sair, resultado, uma ralada federal no carro.

Ficamos em 02 quartos, suíte família e suíte superior. Reservas número 18711 e 18712. A experiência começou com problemas na reserva. Não aceitam mais de 2 crianças por apartamento. O ponto determinante para NÃO INDICAR é que em ambos os quartos possuem janelas grandes e amplas sem nenhuma proteção. Em determinado momento encontramos meu sobrinho de 02 anos interinamente pendurado na varando a um suspiro de cair na calçada da rua. Ao reclamar junto a recepção, fui informado que o design dos apartamentos foram desenvolvidos para que os adultos ficassem responsáveis por certificar-se de que as crianças não teriam acesso às varandas. Fizemos o checkout imediatamente e mesmo tendo feito a reserva diretamente com o hotel, o hotel se recusa a fazer a devolução das diárias restantes, mesmo tendo feito o checkout antecipado pois o pagamento foi feito no cartão de crédito.

Esse hotel tem algumas coisas favoráveis e outras nem tanto. Pontos positivos: A localização é excelente. Dá para ir a pé ao centrinho de Rio Quente e ao Hot Park (uns 800 m). O apartamento que fiquei tinha 2 quartos, cozinha com geladeira grande, microondas , fogão e tanque, sala com sofá, TV e mesa de 4 lugares, e 2 banheiros. Tamanho excelente. serviço de arrumadeira (fiquei 2 noites e houve arrumação do quarto). Vista linda para a serra de Rio Quente (fiquei no 4º andar, de frente). Portaria sempre com gente. Os pontos negativos: roupa de banho um pouco desgastada, no banheiro não tem secador e a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar já que encontrei fios de cabelo em alguns locais do ap. Café da manhã aceitável, com ovos, sucos, pão de queijo etc. No geral eu indicaria esse apart. Comporta bem um casal e dois filhos pequenos

Apartamento muito bom e confortável , mas peca severamente em muitos serviços e detalhes como:. Parades e janelas sujas , garagem , corredores e escadas falta limpeza e banheiro com piso e azulejos encardido. A rua em frente ao prédio esta em pessimas condicoes tambem.
