Excelente servicio y atención de primera desde que nos reciberon con vista espectacular y habitaciones muy amplias y limpias Además tuvimos la experiencia del recorrido de día de muertos en lancha por la noche con buena experiencia en el pueblo

Honestamente el trato que nos dieron fue bueno, lamentablemente para nosotros el día en que llegamos iniciaba la feria de la ciudad y nuestra habitación estaba justo donde se escucha TODOOOOO! A las 11 de la noche tuvimos que pedir que nos cambien de habitación porque nos dijeron que esa fiesta duraba de 10pm a 8am del otro día!!! Y en efecto!! Fue una noche con juegos pirotécnicos TODA LA NOCHE Y MADRUGADA! La verdad mi esposo y yo fuimos a relajarnos y lo último que encontramos fue eso… al menos, no por la noche y por tanto no pudimos descansar.
Por otra parte, consideramos que deberían avisar a los clientes que reservan para estas fechas ya que como nos comentan, esto es algo que dura 3/4 días, y para aquellos que reserven en esas fechas, si buscan relajación, es lo último que encontrarán.

Le meilleur hôtel de la localité ... mais aux normes locales. La chambre est grande et fonctionnelle mais sans chichi. Nous avons réservé le tour en bateau via l'hôtel que je recommande : hyper pratique, le bateau vient nous chercher à l'hôtel et tout est prévu : collation, essuies, et même un repas après le tour. Eau de la douche pas super chaude. Wifi ++++

El hotel está hermoso todo limpio y sobretodo la ubicación está a pie de la ría, tiene un muelle bien cómodo para tomarse fotos al atardecer. La habitación tiene una vista espectacular las camas están cómodas las almohadas están perfectas. Los recepcionistas muy atentos la Srita. Melissa yel joven Domingo muy servicial mi familia estamos muy felices para regresar en nuestras próximas vacaciones

El hotel es muy lindo pero lo mejor es su personal, Eugenia, Melisa, skiny, Nadia, Nayeli y el chef Jorge con todos sus ayudantes de cocina, hicieron de esta visita inolvidable. Siempre con atenciones para con nosotros. La comida es muy rica y la habitación cómoda. Esperemos regresar pronto. Muchas Gracias!!

Super goede locatie (licht direct aan het water) en lekker eten voorzien door een vriendelijke chef. Ook het personeel doet er alles aan om een zeer aangenaam verblijf te bieden! We hebben genoten van de boottocht waarbij vanuit het hotel een hapje en drankje werd voorzien.
