Hotels Near Spicy in Rio de Janeiro

I hosted the blinds, seeing only a few photos from the official website since there were few last-hour options available for this weekend. The boy (Gabriel or Daniel) a little more sought, finished my check in. The room was sad, between the air conditioning and the wall had a hole that lets the wind and the whole noise of the street enter. I asked you to change my room, because my sleep is light, they said I was exhausted, even if I saw online availability, and I said that as a consumer I could ask for a refund, they said they would call me back, it never happened. I called again, this time, very angry, and a room was wonderfully free. The boy Gabriel went to my room, with good willingness to help me, took me to the other room that was really quiet (there was no balcony but at least no noise). I was tired and I didn't want to be a boring man who complains about everything, but the photos say on themselves. Shaped towels, furnished shirts, all damaged in the micro-room, breakfast with old taste, guest struggle at the reception that gave up to police and break, finally ... in a day that is not so cheap, for me was the worst experience of I have been home in a luxury and economic location, and I know when the hotel is simple but honest, let me go away from the garden, and, to worse, I found a cheap room on the second day. The ladder's lady shouting high early morning, waking up ... Even so, all in this hotel is horrible. The location, far from everything, has no coffee shop nearby.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The floor is disgusting, you can’t take off your shoes. There was a lot of hair trapped in the shower plughole and the bathroom stinks. The walls and the door are covered in mould. I arrived late at night so couldn’t go somewhere else, unfortunately. Now I’m writing this review hoping the patchy internet will work. Tomorrow I’ll find another place. I hope I can get my money back.

Hotel very well located!! Excellent cost benefit. The hotel offers a very friendly and requested breakfast, but it meets the need for the first meal of the day.

I was very happy again for the hospitality, reception and education of the entire Mar Ipanema team, always very well received. I have to especially thank Bruno from the reservation sector, Silvia and Alessandra for all their cordiality

Our stay was very good, we had no negative point, check-in and check-out were very fast, the room was super organized and clean, breakfast was also very good, with a lot of variety. The only observation is that check-in and check-out times could be better.

The hotel is better than it seemed in the photos! Breakfast very good! Optimum facilities, parking even in the daily. I only thought it missed taken near the bed, but rest ... All clean, hot water in the shower, bed and comfortable dishes, new bed and bathroom ... Super requested reception staff, taxi drivers knew the hotel and it was easy to return ...

Hotel Ipanema Inn is a hidden gem in a beautiful area within walking distance to the beach. This was our second visit to Rio, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay in for 6 nights. The hotel was nice and very clean, comfortable and welcoming.The staff were very qualified, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, kind and extremely helpful. Joao is an amazing exceptional concierge and valuable hotel employee. Nicolas, Pedro and Hudson were extremely helpful and seeing their smiles every morning was great. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. We stayed in a superior room. The breakfast is included and the restaurant is very good. It is not a buffet breakfast. There is a fantastic menu with lots of delicious options. The quality of the food is excellent. We loved the “Chat on the Balcony” with Miguel and Sara. The snacks and the drinks were delicious. I would strongly recommend this hotel and definitely will stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at El Misti Ipanema! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ipanema, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, speaking multiple languages which made everything super easy. The hostel is clean and offers a ton of activities and tours, so there's always something to do. If you're like me and don't plan your trips much, no worries, the staff provides excellent recommendations not just for Rio de Janeiro but for all of Brazil. A special thanks to Juan Pablo for all the help and for showing us around.

I travelled for a conference and the access to the university and transportation were very easy. I had the opportunity to walk the beach which is right outside the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and curteous. Breakfast is served every day and the food and service were excellent. It's a perfectly situated hotel right across from the beach making your stay pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend!
