Mercure Rio Boutique Copacabana

Copacabana
A small boutique hotel is okay. The hotel is newly renovated, and the bathroom is relatively bright. There is a window (limited to the seascape houses we ordered). The lighting design is not very good. There is no headlight on the top of the bed, so the room will not be too bright at night and not suitable for office. Breakfast is good. Friends from China remember not to eat only things on the table, but also fried eggs with the waiter. The biggest problem is that the elevator is too small. The elevator seems to be nominal that can only accommodate 5 people. In fact, the four people entering are a bit cramped. hotel. In addition, hotels in Brazil are generally not given pure water, and we do n’t have another Hilton we live in. Remember to go out to buy it for ourselves.

I found the two people who attended me at the reception, asked about parking and did not mention me any cost , so I was uninquiet, in my checkout came to me to charge a day of parking being that in the checkin I I asked, and they forgot any cost. The manufacturer in my checkout did not bring the car to the hotel entrance and left in the garage door while it was raining and I was loaded with bags and electronic products and refused to bring the car to the hotel door, what didn't happen in my check-in. For the hotel calibre that Mercure shows to be also I didn't like breakfast, food that should be hot was cold, long rest. The only thing I liked was the room.

The hotel is well suited, but we have had a very serious problem. In the night one guest came into our room for a check-in error. We were scared and the person too. We called at the reception to complain and the care was very bad, they called us after 20 minutes to say that it was a mistake, obviously we already knew. The hotel was very small and there was no room for kids. I would like to have had more hospitality in the service.
