Impeccable hotel and attentive staff. The area is pleasant with a few restaurants around but still isolated, you have to take a taxi, UBER or a bus to get around because you are far from everything on foot. Magnificent beach but too strong current for swimming and the ocean is very cold. Really superb heated swimming pool at the top of the building and magnificent view. Top breakfast, there is something for everyone and the service is impeccable. after a really pleasant walk along the seaside (4 km) it is possible to have a metro line to go to the CENTRO which I did not find superb because there are many beggars and beautiful old facades that are completely dilapidated and which threaten to collapse at any time it is a shame to let this heritage go.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Park Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. The hotel is very good, well located, good breakfast, friendly staff. Negative points: 1) we requested a room with a double bed when booking, but when we arrived in the room, two single beds were made available, and the situation was only resolved at night. 2) I ordered lunch via Ifood, and checked out the room. The hotel didn't let me eat my meal on the hotel's premises, and it was very uncomfortable not having a place to eat. I had to eat in the car.

There are no words to describe this experience. Wonderful hotel, staff note 1000, they treat us wonderfully, because it is low season they upgraded our room. On Sunday we rented a bike for 15 reais an hour and we had a beautiful ride. Their beach service gives us an extra comfort. Breakfast note 1000. Location is not mentioned. I want to go back to Rj not only for the city, but also for the Hotel. I never felt so good in my life. And the pool? Perfect. If you have the opportunity, don't think twice, just go!

I’m impressed with the frequency of the shuttle bus; not only its 20 minutes interval, it is also 24/7. Wow. One thing that I’m not used to is not having a kettle to boil water in the room as well as no complimentary water for guests. Well. I guessed I took these for granted in hotels in Asia generally.

This is the best hotel in Rio de Janeiro if you are looking for a beach experience. The hotel is right in front of the beach in a safe part of it. You will have breakfast right in front of the beach, you get the best view from the rooftop pool (which is heated, for me is a plus). Negative points: cheapest room is incredibly small and has a terrible view. Recepcion is very busy all the time and 20% of the staff are not friendly, but the other 80% are. You can't expect them to book you a restaurant for example, and if they do they will not be very happy. My suggestions for Arpoador: i love your place, i have been there 3 times and i will return. It would be nice to have a welcome drink on arrival, and the pool upstairs could have some relaxing music. Also staff with a little more training would be perfect! Some of them are already perfect.
