Péssima experiência! Tive que pagar dobrado simplesmente porque a reserva estava em meu nome e quem iria ficar era meu motorista. Mesmo eu falando com a recepcionista, ela não quis aceitar de forma alguma! Nunca vi tamanho absurdo!

There was some confusion at check-in. I had booked two rooms and there was only one in my name.
The hotel could check the toilet seats because they were loose in both apartments. They are of very poor quality. When I turned on the air conditioning, it started to release water without stopping, but I immediately complained and a maintenance guy came up and fixed the problem.

Terrible. Unpleasant odor of disinfectant in the rooms, elevator with filthy carpet and unfriendly reception. Not up to the ibis standard.

Very noisy, hard to sleep. Pillows are very uncomfortable. There is no gym and the location is not very beautiful
