From the time I entered Ringwood Premier Inn to the time I left, I was overwhelmed by how pleasant my visit was made by the following: *Andy handled by booking with no fuss ( initial booking was for wrong date :), putting me totally at ease with his friendliness and welcoming attitude and by ensuring I had a walk-in shower. *Tobey was the person to go to when the extractor fan gave trouble. He immediately diagnosed the problem and with no fuss moved me to another room for the most comfortable sleep - Premier Inn of course. I was graciously attended to in the dining room by Tobey who was so attentive to my dining needs. *Top Quality food preparation and presentation by Trevor who ensures consistently good quality and customer satisfaction. You deserve an accolade - your food and its presentation nearly enticed me to have a double meal, especially when I saw the same meal I had not enjoyed at another Premier Inn restaurant! * And the breakfast - so fresh and freshly prepared - Thank you Trevor. I think you can be an inspiration to other Premier Inn restaurants out there. I thank everyone for their contribution in making my stay so pleasant. Andy - makes you feels so welcome; Tobey - nothing is too much trouble for you and you; Trevor - par Excellence chef paying attention to present Top quality at all time and who guides his assistant Ailynn in a professional manner.

On the plus side, the room was what you would expect from a Premier Inn, clean and comfortable enough. However as a booked guest I was surprised to have to pay extra to park in the hotel car park on arrival - as it is in the middle of an industrial area you would expect guests to arrive by car, so this seems taking the opportunity to extract extra cash from them. My party could then not get a table in the large hotel restaurant either ('staff shortages' we were told). As we left to search for a pub serving food we could see only half a dozen people eating there, and just two when we returned. My organisation books Premier Inns for their convenient all-in-one facilities and value for money. This was a disappointing experience for a big chain that advertises full facilities, and comes on the back of staying at another Premier Inn (Salisbury, 5 Nov) to find that half the items on the basic enough menu were not available. Not good enough I'm afraid.

Fantastic welcome and good room. Comfy bed and great night's sleep. Adjustable temperature and very clean. Very low toilet seats for elderly like us! I would love at least one comfortable chair to sit in whilst in the room. Two lovely chairs in the Reception but not in the room. Suitably minimalistic but still has spare pillows. Good value for money.

Staff were very unhelpful in merging different bookings for myself. Despite providing the booking code that was requested, I couldn't obtain access to the main door by the lift and also for my room. A simple task was magnified and not resolved properly and promptly

2 adults in room , towels AGAIN only for 1 adult. No extra pillows again. Room warm, bed comfy and quiet. Communication needed with house keeping, should advise that car parking charges are now being charged. Got one more booking but will now look elsewhere as I have bought up this issue on more than one occasion. Obviously just want your money.

Stayed here with our daughter and her husband while visiting family. Ok rooms although had a chair instead of sofa bed… and shower only in the bathroom… no bath. Comfy quiet night’s sleep. Had to pay for parking but not much. Staff pleasant. Would stay again.

This place looks new but has so many issues. Its location is rubbish, the noise from above is horrendous ….,but the food bit is awful. You’re greeted by a sour faced young woman who obviously doesn’t want to be there……then walked in at 1801, 5 people in the food bit only to be told that you have to wait an hour…..theres no one in there. Terrible service, get a grip premier inn.

A warm, friendly, efficient and professional welcome and check in from Marta. I had no idea that Marta was the Hotel General Manager until I asked one of the team. Her lead by example attitude is excellent. Whenever I stay she is undertaking several roles all with the same friendly yet professional approach. It really is people that make places and from my experience Marta and her leadership is what makes Premier Inn Ringwood a standout destination. Thank you!

Disappointing after previous experiences. Arrived to discover Premier Inn are now charging for parking. This was not obvious on the website when booking and it did not set things off to a god start. A second first for us was that there was no one on reception and the process was pretty much touchscreen. I've never stayed at this particular venue (Ringwood) but this and the paying for parking are new to us (we stay at Premier Inn several times a year) and they are not an improvement. On our second morning, we waited 5 minutes to give our table number so we could have the breakfast we'd paid for. We rang the bell for staff and still no-one came so after waiting a minute or two we went in and helped ourselves. Upon leaving I checked under the bed to see if I'd dropped anything and it was filthy - a thick layer of dust right under it. Could explain why my partner was sneezing and had a sore throat on the day we left. Finally we couldn't raise these issues when we left since once again there was no-one in reception.
