The service is ridiculous. Two employees are at the reception, at the bar and waitresses at the same time. We arrived early, asked to check in and go for a walk afterwards, and check in at 2pm as advertised. The reply was "If I do it like that I will mess something up, please wait until two, better yet half past two". Upon check-in, there were no pillow cases and half the towels. The front desk didn't know if the magnetic cards would unlock the rooms, so they gave guests spare keys. Ours wouldn't unlock, most guests shared the same experience. Dirty, spiderwebs everywhere, lipstick on the glass in the room. Nice wide terrace, but dirty and unusable - no chairs or table. The air conditioner only works as a fan. The spa center is still unfinished, there are no changing rooms and toilets, half of the facilities are not functioning, construction materials are stored in the "mud bath". The announced jacuzzis, children's pool and children's corner are not functioning - two jacuzzis are in the process of being completed or repaired, the children's pool has two fingers of dirty water at the bottom, and we did not find a children's corner. At dinner they give us a menu and when we start ordering it turns out that they only have salads, fries and grilled steaks, meatballs and kebabs. For rather inflated prices. Yes, the steaks were delicious, but it's hard to go wrong with a grilled steak. Some of the guests remained hungry at breakfast and there was no coffee for everyone. At dinner and at breakfast, we went around the empty tables looking for napkins... There were about 30 cars in the parking lot (its maximum capacity) - the hotel was less than half full. What would they do if it was full?
