Outstanding
GGuest UserWe had the Grand Suite for a bachelorette event on 13th of August, 2023, but the service was truly a disappointment. It all started when at arrival the room was not ready and they mixed up the time of arrival with the time I requested an ice bucket to be brought to the room. Further, I requested a plate to put some snack on but the receptionist confused it with antipasti and after not clarifying this in 2minutes said that this could not be cancelled. The personnel of the hotel is truly a disaster. not client oriented at all! when asked to fix this the guy starts coming at us not in any way in friendly matter that this was our request (when we clearly did not request it). After almost an hour of wait the room was cleaned. I requested a compensation for all this misunderstanding and the receptionist personally came to the Suite and offered a 10% discount for the whole dinner at their restaurant. When we finished the dinner and the bill arrived we were surprised of the fact that no discount was added, the waiter said that there was no information available to him of any discount and that the bill he issued could not be cancelled (at this point we felt that we are treated as complete *****s) however we tried to make an effort and help him solve this whole thing. He tried to offer us a bottle of Prosecco which we kindly refused and basically accepted some cocktails which we did not want. The cherry at the top of this whole stay was when we went out in the evening and asked to send someone to our room to clean the glass from the bathroom floor which was accidentally dropped and the receptionist offered us help in 9am next day…. A 5 star hotel they say… and there were personnel in the hotel… so with galas on the floor of Grand Suit we stayed the night :) When explaining the situation in the morning at the check out and how disappointed we were, the reception said that they understand us and this is unacceptable and they will clarify and call me to resolve this, as we could predict, no form of justification was offered at all…Well, two weeks later and no call whatsoever, should have expected this…
I stayed at the Neiburgs Hotel for 5 nights with my husband in a Double Studio Apartment. The room was very spacious with a huge double bed and had a sofa and chair, a table with two chairs and a kitchenette area with sink, hob, microwave and fridge with mini bar. The bathroom was nice and roomy and the window had a lovely view over rooftops to the Bell Tower. Air conditioning kept us nice and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice and served in a lovely dining room at the front of the hotel with seats and tables outside. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building on the edge of the Old Town and was very quiet at night. All was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. If we are ever back in Riga we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Neiburgs Hotel.
GGuest UserWe visited Riga and stayed here for 2 nights. I had modest expectations for this hotel given the price. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are extremely friendly, and even remembered me by name which was a very nice personal touch. The reception area is nicely decorated, clean and modern. The room was clean, modern, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated, but it was only a minor point. The hair dryer however couldn't blow away a cobweb, so bring your own! Breakfast was included and was very nice. There is a nice buffet selection of hot and cold breakfast items, different fruit and a variety of hot and cold drinks. A small point to note is the hotel is located on the west of the river, which is quite a long way into the old town or Riga city centre. However, there is a tram and a bus stop right outside the hotel, so as long as you don't mind using the public transport in and out of the town centre, you'll be fine. It only takes a few minutes anyway! Check out is at 1200 but they happily obliged when I requested a later one at 1300. I have no complaints about this place and I feel the value for money was justified. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Riga. Well done Bellevue Park!
GGuest UserA nice and historical hotel. The hotel was very good, ,
despite being at the city centre and the traffic was busy still you can’t feel it with the double glazed windows. The temperature was high but with the air conditioning room can’t feel it. The breakfast delicious. The hotel is close to the attraction .
The staff is friendly and helpful.
IIvanI recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus.
The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
WWilsonPaulFantastic hotel, great location for airport bus and old town sights. Loved the interior design and very clean, we stayed in a superior double and could not fault it. Breakfast was excellent as well. Will book again if returning - we had a late flight home and looked after our luggage which was great.
GGuest UserAn extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . .
Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available.
The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was.
Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.
AAnonymous UserNice modern rooms in a fantastic location! Hotel spread across 3 buildings, but not an inconvenience.
Breakfast was excellent offering hot, cold and local food; it was late to open on the one day when we needed it most though, as we were going out very early. Staff generally very helpful and friendly.
Bed very comfy. Good radiators for drying soggy coats. Would stay again (and are planning to as well!).
JJESSICA JPLEnvironment: Opposite Riga Bus Station, walk through a street passage and you can find it in a few minutes. On the edge of the ancient city, it is very quiet at night. The ancient city is not big, and you can basically walk around in half a day.
The room is quite small, and it was renovated from an old house. The facilities are a bit outdated, but it is clean and comfortable.
Service: The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and speaks English fluently, and I can basically understand everything.
The best thing is the breakfast place, which is a very old cellar. The breakfast is quite rich, with many cold snacks, various salads, cheese, bread, and cereals. It is a European style bar. If you like hot food, there are hot steamed eggs. and intestines.
WWai Kin KentService is nice. Staff can respond my problem and question rapidly. The equipment is not cleaned or even broken. For example, the mini refrigerator is broken while the bed linen have mark on them. Also, the shampoo bottle is empty.
