The location is good. The train stations and old Riga are nearby. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfasts are super (red fish, cold cuts, fruits, oatmeal, ...). Small “but” - carpet on the floor(

Not the best experience. First the positive..it’s fairly central with a 10 minute walk to the old town and one of the cheaper options. On check-in the first room I was offered had an unpleasant smell so they moved me. 2nd room better then the tv stopped working. Internet was in and out the whole time. Breakfast ok but one of the coffee machines broke..felt like nobody really cared about the hotel or guests..

Very good value for money. Ibis it's always an excellent choice! I highly recommend this hotel: very good location and best price in zone. Make sure to book in advance otherwise hotel it's always full.

The sound insulation and design are very poor, and the location is good. It takes a long walk to get to the bus station, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old city.

Je confirme les précédents commentaires, à savoir : 1 seul ascenseur pour 5 étages et 1 ascenseur pour le 6e étage : bonjour l'attente avec les valises ! On est déjà dans l'ambiance .... Personnel juste poli. Chambre étroite ; j'ai signalé que la TV ne fonctionnait pas (images et son coupés toutes les 2 mn) mais la réparation promise dans la journée n'a pas été effectuée. Pas de tablette dans la salle de bains pour déposer les produits. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé à travers le monde mais c'est la pire salle de restauration rencontrée pour le petit déjeuner. Elle est en sous-sol mais inaccessible pour les handicapés : ascenseur puis escalier pour y accéder ! Salle décomposée en 3 petites salles : pas de plateau pour regrouper les assiettes, on déambule d'une salle à l'autre pour trouver les plats ; bref, c'est la pagaille assurée sachant qu'il y avait 3 groupes de 25 personnes (français, portugais, jeunes ..). Enfin, je pense que les cartes postales sont encore déposées à l'accueil ...!! Notre guide partageait notre opinion sur l'organisation et l'accueil de cet hôtel.
