Ho prenotato un weekend con il mio compagno al check-in sono stati molto disponibili ci hanno dato la camera prima del previsto essendo arrivati molto anticipo, camera piena di crepe e la serratura della porta difettosa ristorante non accessibile x i prezzi troppo alti e le poche portate nel menù ma la cosa più assurda è stata la piscina bellissima non c'è che dire con un piccolo bar ma non è riservata per i clienti dell'hotel fanno entrare anche gli esterni x usarla al costo di 15 euro a persona di sabato e domenica praticamente strapiena di gente con bambini che urlano da tutte le parti e in più la sera c'era una festa di compleanno con musica a tutto volume eravamo andati per rilassarci dallo stress della città e invece ne abbiamo trovato altro la domenica al checkout abbiamo lasciato la camera e volevamo passare la giornata in piscina e sorpresa! Dovevamo pagare 15 euro a persona!!! Come se 132 euro x una notte non erano abbastanza!!! Colazione un po' scarsa e terrazza abbastanza sporca alle 8 del mattino si pulisce prima che arrivino i clienti e non mentre stanno mangiando!!!A nostro giudizio l'unico punto forte della struttura è l'area esterna con un magnifico giardino, se si vuole pace e relax assolutamente non è il posto adatto

Bellissima posizione elegante costruzione con magnifico giardino di rose. Ottimo il ristorante, cucina molto curata, e cosa non dapoxo, la sala ristorante è magnifica. Tutto il personale è professionale e gentilissimo. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina poiché fuori stagione

Se questo è un 4 stelle S io sono Brad Pitt ! Il classico posto vorrei ma non posso ! Se arrivare e’ un inferno ( visto che i cartelli segnaletici sono sbiaditi, coperti dall’ erbacce e al buio ) i servizi ancora peggio. Tralascio il fatto che chiesto di riceve fattura di cortesia al mio indirizzo, non è stato fatto ( alla faccia del certamente “nessun problema”) , stenderei un velo pietoso sull’ addebito del No show a causa della mia partenza anticipata di un giorno , per gravi e documentabili motivi famigliari. Una “simpaticissima “ direttrice che evidentemente non ha alba di come ci si comporta con un cliente business, ha deciso che è meglio addebitarmi una notte piuttosto che rivedere me e i colleghi della mia azienda e delle aziende del nostro gruppo. Ad Maiora ! In conclusione non fatevi abbindolare da quel che vedete in foto sul loro sito, non è tutto oro quello che luccica c’è sicuramente di meglio spendendo meno

Hotel in una villa incantevole, immersa in un bellissimo parco, lontana dal centro città, quindi silenziosissimo. Stanza grande e confortevole, molto pulita, la nostra dava direttamente sul giardino, suggestivo. Personale cordiale e gentile. Colazione ottima e con prodotti di qualità. Credo sia particolarmente adatta ad eventi, vista la bellezza del luogo. Non meno importante accettano animali, e sono gentili anche con loro.

Dal 7 al 9 dicembre 2023, ho alloggiato con mia moglie presso tale struttura (stanza 212). Come ho anticipato nell’oggetto, un vero “quadro d’autore”. Gli ambienti tutti favolosi e ben curati nella pulizia. A ciò, mi piace aggiungere la cortesia, la disponibilità e la professionalità del personale. Siamo stati particolarmente bene. Anche le colazioni e le due cene sono state eccezionali, sia per la varietà dei prodotti che per le pietanze divinamente preparate. Complimenti davvero. Un banalissimo consiglio: accendere il camino della sala ristorante, creando un’atmosfera ancora più suggestiva. Torneremo sicuramente.

Una villa bellissima, immersa in un parco, che ha mantenuto spazi comuni ed arredamento da casa nobiliare. In certi momenti ci si sente persino intimiditi da tanta abbondanza di mobili e lampadari bellissimi. Camera enorme e bagno finestrato grandissimo, con idromassaggio. la piscina, discosta dalla casa, è immersa nel verde: grande, tranquilla e poco affollata. E' presente un'area fitness. Il ristorante è tristino e non particolarmente buono. La villa dista circa 4 chilometri dal centro di Rieti, quindi bisogna avere la macchina. Parcheggio grande e gratuito. Personale gentile.

Stayed 5 nights in a junior suite (Room 304) that faced the back gardens. My husband and I were in Rieti for work and our coworkers suggested this hotel. Finding the driveway the first time around took a couple attempts because it’s located a few feet from a busy intersection and can be a difficult turn depending on which direction you are coming from. The road up to the hotel is narrow, not well paved in certain parts and pretty steep. I’m glad I wasn’t in charge of driving because you have to squeeze by the other car when passing. Luckily we would only encounter 1 or 2 cars each time. I worked remotely from the hotel (strong wifi!) and walked to town a couple times. Walking down the hill isn’t bad, it took me about 16 minutes to get all the way down to the main street but walking up is rough and I don’t recommend unless you are in great shape. There aren’t any taxis in Rieti but you can ask the front desk for the number for a driver to arrange a ride to/from the hotel. The building is an old family villa turned into a hotel which adds to the charm. The hotel restaurant is generally only open for dinner and their food is very tasty - we ate there 3 times during our stay. Breakfast is pretty basic - pastries, cheese, cured meats, yogurt, bread, sweets and coffee/cappuccino. The hotel seemed only half or less full when we were there which meant we got great service from the front desk and restaurant staff. Our room was large with a double bed, a small desk with TV on top and a chair, a loveseat, dresser and closet with tiny mini fridge and safe. The bathroom was a decent size with a small shower but ample counter space. My only complaint about the room was that the pillows seemed old and very flat. Unfortunately during our stay the weather wasn’t great (it rained for a few hours almost every day) so the pool hadn’t opened up yet and there were a decent number of mosquitoes around (I got 4 bites and my husband got 1). Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of by the staff at the Villa Potenziani and would recommend this hotel.
