I had a great experience. Great recommendations and service especially from the front desk from Naomi and Tahmari. 10/10 would come back. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a great ambiance. Close to great food and vibes. Thanks for everything!

I love this hotel. Everyone was great the staff was awesome. The valet Cliff H. Was funny, respectful, always giving a complement to guests, very socialize always want to help even you do not even ask. Thank you Cliff H I call him TI the rapper, he sort of have a resemblance even tho he does not want to admit it. ❤️❤️❤️ thank you

Cliff Harris was the best- he helped us us out-help us if I were to go on what to do in Richmond in general and helped us with hotel stuff. Super happy Cliff is truly the best person at the courtyard Marriott. Hopefully we will meet him again soon at the wonderful Shokoe slip area.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my team, and we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained our room was. A special thanks to our valet, Morgan, who went above and beyond by providing a list of nearby restaurants. Tacos & Tequila and Lulu were hits! Her exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic weekend! Very nice place to stay! Cliff our valet was awesome. Great guy. Very helpful and extremely funny. Downtown Richmond has so much to do and this is the perfect Hub! Rooms are nice and clean. First time staying here would stay again!

The entire staff from the valet team to the food snd beverage, front desk and housekeeping, all met me with a smile and cheerful demeanor. The rooms also are bery well maintained and clean. Zach, Kevin, Cliff, Chris, Annie Cynthia and all the staff were exceptional

Morgan is a person with genuine intentions! I watched her help an older lady with a walker, handling it with ninja-like grace, and my room was so clean it felt like magic. Morgan, you made everything look effortless and fun. She was an amazing staffer protect at all cost…………
