説説我在攜程八年最近經歷的**體驗。買了8月18日香港到卡爾加里機票，温哥華時間下午四點到温哥華機場時，行李怎麼都取不出來。一查原因是國泰航空行李架故障，因為我兩小時後還要搭乘希捷航空到卡爾加里，就這麼一直耗在機場，直到後來第二班飛機飛走了。當天機場不給改簽，説是國泰航空的問題，讓我找國泰。我找攜程，攜程始終沒人處理，就這麼耗在機場直到晚上。當日所有飛機都沒票，也沒地方住，一個人拖着三個大行李箱，在異國他鄉機場傻等攜程處理。後來求朋友訂了機場酒店，因為其他地點都不認識。酒店3318人民幣，訂了第二天一早飛回卡爾加里的機票，5158人民幣。第二天總算等到攜程回覆，説就賠償500人民幣，其他找國泰理賠。國泰我等了兩個月，今天看到賠210人民幣。
八年攜程鉑金會員，累計消費32萬人民幣。過程中攜程始終踢皮球，不解決問題。我對這樣的攜程太失望了。如果問題發生了衹會説聯繫航空公司、我不知道我為啥要在攜程訂票，那直接去航空公司訂票不是更好？我還可以累積行駛里程換積分。在我心裏，攜程不作為讓我決定丟棄這個雞肋App，也提醒其他遊客，出國有困難，千萬別找攜程！！
