Very bad experience. Overcharged. A few skeptical things happened as follow:
1, I booked the room in mid-Sept for my elderly parents and I pre-paid HKD 3770.65 (equivalent to CAD 670) for their 3 nights stay in October. Non-refundable.
After their stay, they were shown a hotel copy of the receipt for CAD 499.76. But I paid CAD 670.
2, When they checked-in one day early and needed one more night, they were charged CAD 218 for a room. After I was informed, I checked Trip.com an available room of the same grade should be CAD 148. My elderly parents were sold under false information.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a T&T Supermarket next to it. The surrounding environment is very good. The hygiene of the hotel room is very average. Every towel in the bathroom is stained. It is recommended to bring your own towel😅

The room is very nice and there is free coffee in the lobby, which is so cozy. The front desk allowed us to check in early, and we were able to see the mountain view, which made me feel happy.
