Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton St. Clairsville

Stopped on the way out to a reunion. We always stay at Hampton Inns because they are reliable and have a great breakfast. This one exceeded expectations. Updated, clean and comfortable. Large spread for breakfast, including a surprisingly good sausage gravy (how often can you say that at a hotel?). Every staff member we met was pleasant and helpful but extra shoutout to Sam at the front desk. Will definitely remember this place the next trip out!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. A big shout out to Taylor, Melissa and Sam. They were so helpful and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. And....it wasn't just us. We noticed they were the same way with other customers who were coming in. The wanted to make sure our stay was a great one and it was! Their computer system got 'caught up' I that outage from last week. It could not have gone more smoothly wit their help. They were pleasant and helpful and kind. All the things you would want when trying to have a great stay in a hotel. THANK YOU ALL THREE SO MUCH. I would hire all 3 of them if I had my own business. They were very professional and worked well as a team. And they are all 3 wonderful individuals as well.

This hotel is truly excellent! From check in to check out, all our needs were met with superior service and a smile. The room is spacious with a very comfy bed, the amenities were higher end, and the cleanliness of our room was outstanding, which means a lot to me. The breakfast buffet was terrific; the food was fresh and delicious. Taylor was very kind and inquired how we liked our stay, which was entirely positive. Well done!

Nice room, clean, quiet, spacious. Very convenient enroute to Baltimore. Safe area. The manager Taylor was friendly and helpful. The price was what we were looking for when we booked it. Highly recommend. Pet friendly though we didn't have our dpg with us.

This was our first hotel on our roadtrip and it was a welcome sight, as we were all tired from the day and the drive. The hotel was very clean. The parking lot had plenty of spaces and was well lit, which is always a bonus because we usually arrive after the sun is down. All of the beds, including the couch bed were comfy. Most importantly, it was a pretty quiet hotel. We didn't hear people above us as much as we didn't hear as much noise in the highway. Breakfast in the morning was the usual fare for a Hampton, but still delicious. Recommend!
