Team Lead Roslyn is very good and her women staff members are helpful and well-trained.
men working here are zero for zero so far...they need to learn how to be polite to guests, visitors, vendors, deliverypersons and everyone else when they're on the job. save the rude attitudes for times when you're not at work at this extended stay!!!

Room was not cleaned before we came, we could see the pillows are yellow dirty needing to be replaced. Carpet is smelly. There's no kitchen pans or silverware, no coffee maker. Breakfast is "to go" and extremely frugal. Hotel needs better management and remodeling.

Gross and dirty. Pictures speak for themselves. Extra locks on doors are broken so had to put chairs in front of it. This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. I’m stuck here until my trip ends but maybe I can save someone else. Just don’t do it. I can’t sleep it’s so unnerving having dried blood a few feet front my bed. Not to mention the baby roaches I’m having to protect my stuff from

Room was super hot! A/C didn’t work! I didn’t have the choice of been moved to another room. I didn’t get any discount or anything for paying for a room with a A/C didn’t work & it was super noisy causing the windows to vibrate very loud. I asked for a fan AT LEAST then I finally got a fan & it also didn’t work. Worst hotel experience EVER!!!
