The waiter was so angry as if we did something wrong just by entering and sitting down in the restaurant, she put pressure on me to order even before I could decide from the menu. In postponed my drink she didn't come back to take my order for drinks, charged me R15 for tap water which I asked for before my meal. They do not greet, visibly very angry for reasons we don't know. We left before we could finish our meal as we felt unwelcome. The veggies on my meal were off before I could reach home which meant they were not fresh. I do not intend on setting foot back there and would not recommend a friend there, terrible service and terrible attitude from the staff. The 2 ladies assigned at the restaurant near the kitchen must be taken for training. No respect for customers, absence of customer service etiquette. This was the worst service I have ever encountered in a restaurant ; I had planned to come back due to the beauty of the place but opted for Spur instead, at least there I can guarantee excellent service and treatment from waiters. PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS!!

I can see by the reviews people are not happy. I agree with most of the people new staff doesn't have a clue whats going on doesn't give customers help. No maintenance are done in the cabins. Aircons doesn't work taps doesn't close properly due to worn out washers and I can go on. Managers think they do you a favour but the next day they turn their words around. We been staying at invubu a lot of times but all good things come to an end. This is the last time We've booked in here. I wouldn't even come to the restaurant anymore. Your old waiters are going to miss the good tips.

Had a very bad attitude waiter at the reeds on the 4th of March 2023. We stayed in a chalet but we didnt had first prefference to have supper here. Due to big party. We had to go to sundowners for supper, nice food but not a big varity like the reeds... Please work on customer service or you going to loose customers!! We were loyal customers always.

On Saturday the 7th of August went to play a round of adventure golf paid to play , after a while of playing we had about 10 people on the course taking fotos and walking on the course where we are playing, causing us to stop because they are abstracting the holes and standing on the course and not caring , so we decided to go back on sunday the 8th of August and who would have guessed , we had the exact same problem this time had 3 couples (six people ) on the course where we were playing yet again we paid to play there and they were on the course with no permission and for free taking fotos with no care to the people who paid to be there , so we went to the office to the lady where we paid to play and laid a complaint about the problem and asked for the manager , she said he/she would be back on Wednesday so we left , dont recommend that this is the way to go about it , all we wanted to do is go and enjoy the day , and then we had this complications (yet biggest problem we had is that none of those people that interfered had paid to be there ) Would really like to hear from management if possible.

This was so disappointing :( We were there for two hours, ordering fish and chips. And the photos are misleading. Sorry, maybe COViD had negative affect, but staff reluctant to serve, although they should be glad to still have a job

Beautiful and extremely clean cabins. Beautiful location. Clean amenities outside. The restaurant has a good breakfast. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. The gardens are also beautiful. Felt Very safe in the Lodge. Will be back. Good value for money.

Stands are well shaded and braais cleaned daily. Lots of fun for every one especially the children. The store was always fully stocked with ice, a huge plus over Desember and January. Security is excellent. Feel safe and even left bakkie unlocked. Your biggest asset is your friendly staff. GREAT PARK!

My friends booked a table for us 4 for the night,(14/11/21)as we approached the busy long que at security gate, security guard simply did not let us in and gave us a poor reason for no entry and started shouting at me and my girlfriend, after also chasing us away. In front of us were cars allowed in no problem. Supported the restaurant for 4 years, and all changed in one minute that night when security guard approached us unprofessionally with no respect what so ever. Sad to think all my friends and family will no longer support the lodge because of one untrained, unskilled security guard. Our night ended with a successful and friendly staffed guesthouse restaurant around the corner.
