Make sure you travel with mosquito spray as you do get a lot of bites. Perfect location to walk around Riccione and also right by the sea. Only took us 15 minutes to drive to the racetrack so perfect and the breakfast was great. Only thing breakfast could do with being served earlier on race day as we left before it opened.

Great hotel, comfortable at the station, the city centre and the sea. My wife and I have arrived on the train and, with a few steps, we arrive at the entrance door: the impression is not the best, because the door is closed and it is not clear if it is the main entrance, As the label with the clock is not in good evidence. After some disturbances, cytophones we have a response and you can enter; you cross the garden and climb some steps – without any staff support for baggage (a real absence) – you access the reception, The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for you to find a good hotel. The apartment we had was excellent, except for the abandoned seed terrace; it was beautiful all the ”historic” part of the hotel. We stayed three nights and we were good, enjoying almost all the services. Generally positive, except – as described – the entrance, which requires a beautiful lack and a better ”invitation”. A personal opinion: I thought that a hotel more proper for business man than for couples or families.

We stayed 2 nights, everything was to a very good standard (accomodations, breakfast etc). What made this property stand out is all of the friendly and helpfull staff. Particularly Marcella at the front desk! She went out of her way to help us find solutions to some car issues we had. She is a true asset to this hotel.

hotel a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, vicino a viale dante dove troverete molti negozi e bar. staff molto gentile e disponibile. le camere erano molto pulite. consiglio a chi vuole passare un weekend a riccione con i propri amici. Colazione inclusa molto abbondate.

We went twice to the hotel (last year and this year) and if I had written this review for last year it would've been a 10 out of 10 points. Let me point out the good points first which have been amazing in our first year and the second year: - The staff is overall very kind, helpful and extremely friendly towards children. Our son has been 1 year old during our first visit and almost 2 years old during our last visit and the whole staff has always played around with our son to make him feel comfortable and make him feel laugh. - (This point is only for our first visit) The cleaning lady even took the time to tidy up our sons travel bed, she wasn't even requested to do this at all and arranged his stuffed animals in a very cute way. 10 out of 10 points for the lady from the 5th floor! - The food, breakfast, lunch and dinner are very diverse and delicious. Our son has been given the option to get a special toddlers meal (consisted of noodles, with sauce of choice) during our second stay. Overall amazing. - The pool is big, the lifeguard at the pool is very present and he even helped blowing up the floating toys for our son. - The location of the hotel is perfect. It's not too loud in the neighbourhood as it is far enough away from the Viale Ceccarini, but not too far so it can be reached in a couple of minutes of walk. - Location directly at the front of the sea, perfect. - I had the chance to try the Spa this year as it has been renovated last year and it is, simply put, beautiful. It has everything for your calm down and turn off the world around you desires. Now for the (personally) not so good points: - Since this year (2023) the Hotel has sadly decided to remove the 'full board option' which included breakfast, dinner AND lunch. Now there's only half-board with the option to have 'light lunch', which in my personal opinion may be a bit high priced for the amount of lunch you're given, especially since there's no buffet during this light lunch. This sadly kind of limits the options a bit for families with little kids as you will have to spend a fair amount of time to look for 'where to eat tomorrow' ... BUT there are many restaurants around so actually getting food is not an issue, but finding one which may be suitable for a child around the age of 2-3 may be a bit harder than one may expect during a holiday. - This years cleaning lady wasn't as good as the one from the last year. Well, I have to admit that the last years cleaning lady has set the bar extremely high to compete with, but it is kind of a no-go that during the last 2-3 days of our stay we only had one toilet paper roll available (which is barely enough for one day). If we had 'this kind of accident' (if you know what I mean) during any of these days, the roll would've been not enough at all and we would've had to make the (quite) embarrassing move to request some toilet paper rolls. Overall, staying (our first time) at Hotel Boemia was an excellent experience. Spotlessly clean throughout, spacious rooms, breakfast very good even for us vegetarians. At reception, Elena takes top prize -- warm, courteous, and always helpful, a model for all to follow. In the front cafe/lounge, Robbie (Roberto) is professional, congenial and a genuine asset to the hotel. Our one disappointment was that we found no obvious focus on serious cycling or cycle touring (basic bikes were available for casual cyclists). We learned while there that the hotel was more engaged with road-bike and mountain-bike cycling some years ago. If cycle touring is your goal, be sure to check their cycle program when booking. Finally, a welcome/information pack (in English) in the room would have been helpful, especially for overseas visitors like us (from Ireland). Nonetheless, this is a well-managed, top-class hotel we can highly recommend -- in a wonderful location. We will definitely return. JÉC
