Unos aprovechados. Teníamos una reserva hecha desde marzo, con un anticipo del 30% pagado. Con más de 30 días de antelación, cancelé una noche de la reserva que era por 7 días, y obviamente no pedí el reembolso de la parte proporcional de ese anticipo. Por motivos personales hemos tenido que cancelar la reserva completa, y los dueños me dicen que se quedan el anticipo PAGADO, sin tener en cuenta la noche que reservé con anterioridad. Una vergüenza que tengan una política de reservas TAN CLARA en su web, y no la respeten. quedándose dinero que pagué con antelación y que de buena fe no pedí reembolso (aunque debí haberlo hecho!). Vergonzoso en toda regla!!!!
