You will not find a quieter hotel in the city. If you have a car, it's perfect. If you on foot its amazing. If you have a bicycle, don't hesitate. A family of three, the executive three-person room booked two days in advance, the standard room plus a sofa bed at the time of check-in, the most important thing is that there is no quilt and pillow on the sofa bed! And all the toiletries are for two people. After negotiating with the front desk, I said that I am embarrassed to clean up the mistakes. Then I found a circle and said that I was too embarrassed to be quilted. I can only use the spare blanket in the cabinet! We asked for two sheets to look for. The attitude of the younger brother is good, but it is helpless, and we are speechless. In addition, the room had a pungent taste of decoration (or the smell of carpet cleaner) and opened a night window. Experience the worst hotel on this trip!

The hotel in itself is ok, and the breakfast is great. BUT it is advertised as being air conditioned but in mid June, with 30° outside, they still hadn't switched the air conditioning on. With the noise of the (very close) motorway, it was impossible to open the windows. When we told them the next morning, they said we should phone next time to check that the air conditioning was working. Hmmm, I don't think there'll be a next time. PLUS the hotel is advertised as having a swimming pool. It was out of order, and had been for over a week. Not great. You can find better in Chambéry. Mi juin, ils n'avaient toujours pas allumé la clim, malgré les 30° dehors, et l'autoroute très proche... pas terrible. Et la piscine était hors service, depuis plus d'une semaine. On peut trouver mieux à Chambéry.

It is an option if you want a cheap stay near Chamonix. There are views of the mountains but it depends on the weather. I could not view due to fog covering the mountains. The drive to Chamonix is about an hour and about 2 hours to Geneva from here. The rooms are good with clean bedding. The reception is adequate. There is a restaurant not in the hotel but in a neighboring hotel. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and spa they advertised is not open. At least the website could have let us know. You can get by with English here. The location of the hotel is off the highway and you will have to drive a bit to get to restaurants and other amenities. Parking is free and this is a good benefit.

Mont Blanc view room is on the highest 7th floor. From there u got wide open view with mountain just in front of u. U can even see the mountain right in the bed. Even though we Absolutely Could Not go to our room before check in (but we could leave our bags)(the French & their rules!) this hotel was fabulous. Great location, efficient welcome, lovely bar, a swim or sauna if we’d fancied, a huge room with a comfortable huge bed, decent sized bathroom-oh yes it was all there-& the best bit-a massive window the whole width of the room, which you could completely open & if you’re on the 7th floor, superb views of Chambery & surrounding mountains. Myself and my two teenage children stayed for 5 nights. The location of the hotel is ideal in the centre of Tignes 2100 just 5 min walk from the ski lifts and facilities. The spa and boot room on the bottom floor is well set up for preparing for skiing and some relaxation. The family room was comfortable if ia little tight and in need of little updating. It had a balcony and great view of the slopes. We stayed on a half board basis and my 2 children are Coeliac (severe gluten allergy). The hotel staff including the chef could not have been more accomodating - including cooking a separate dish for my daughter on request - and we were all able to enjoy lovely meals without issue. We also took advantage of the 'dine around' capability with one of the other hotels and the food was similarly excellent and accommodating of our circumstances. The staff helped us with everything from sourcing ski passes, organising transfers and receiving amazon parcels. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for a very comfortable stay in a relaxed friendly atmosphere with access to the ski slopes.

Very disappointing experience with a 4-star hotel. Not family friendly. Lots of waiting time for the room to be ready on arrival. Waited 45minutes for it. The swimming pool is not for 16 and below. It is ridiculous. We were advised to go to the pool at Ibis next door. Requested an extra bed and baby bed but end up receptionist telling me there is no space in the room. It is a really spacious room I would say. Please put in some effort into your attention to customers. The double shower should be a fantastic experience but ended up à flooding bathroom. No shower curtain, water cannot be drained quickly as both are in use. Lack of division between the wet and dry shower area. (Asked for shower curtain but there was none. Then why is there a pole?) Massage was very average but pricy. 60€ for 30minutes which I was to to wait. Which took me 12minutes late to start. Lots and lots of waiting time in this hotel by the time we step in. Waited long to have a room. Waited long to have massage session started. Waited long for food in restaurant. (Please refer to my comment into Restaurant bioz) Mini gym, highly restricted swimming pool, water leaking shower. We are here for a lovely holiday but loads of time taken up just to wait things to happen. Won’t be returning at all.

If you are a lover of Art Deco, this hotel is one of the best examples I have ever seen. Social distancing, not a problem!! This Resort hotel provides sweeping, large rooms and hallways. The Lobby/Social area is a MUST SEE!!! This top class hotel has everything! World class breakfast (perfect for Americans!) with large comfortable armchairs. If you prefer to dine outside, there are plentiful, elegant tables with white table clothes. A large outdoor pool with a diving platform, smaller pool area for children, plenty of chaise long to relax on. There is also a golf course (36 handicap or less only) and a ******. The resort has a French and a Lebanese restaurant. The service was superb!
