There are not so many hotels in the area, and although my boss didnt enjoyed it, for me its was a nice deal. Cheap breakfast, limited but decent intercontinental one, and yummy. A lot of space for parking, a swimming pool i could not use, and yes, extremely hot room with air conditioning that takes a while to cool down.
Overall, probably I could return.

Già all' arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un accoglienza scortese: nonostante la prenotazione garantìta dalla carta, l' addetto della reception ha pretesto il saldo immediato prima del check in.La manutenzione della struttura è pessima, finestre che non si aprono, insetti che fuoriescono dai pavimenti sconnessi e, ciliegina sulla torta: assenza di acqua calda con totale disinteresse alla nostra segnalazione.Ed era una camera Deluxe!

Larger hotel on the western outskirts of Komotini. Staff were universally polite and helpful. Good sized room with larger than average bathroom which included a jacuzzi-style bathtub. Air conditioning was adequate for the high temperatures in July 2024. Breakfast was at extra cost but generally as expected. Noticed an adjacent tennis court which was not mentioned as available to guests.
