I'm not sure why this place has such amazing reviews... We recently stayed here and even though its far from a hotel from hell, it's very basic. Pros - It's right in old town, the middle of everything, so good if that's what you are after. - It was clean and the shower was alright. - Young lady who cleaned our room and gave us breakfast was very friendly and nice. - Free Wi Fi - Really good air conditioning Cons - Our room had no tea or coffee making facilities, despite that being advertised in the booking. - Twice during our stay, we were given sheets that were noticeably stained. - No available English TV channels. - The breakfast was not very good. No option for tea or coffee, and we were given filter coffee, which is not to everybody's liking and was cold. The rest of the breakfast was pretty poor too, cheese and ham toasty wasn't even toasted properly, and the fruit was clearly tinned. - Limited (shaded) seating on balcony. If you are planning to stay one night here, it's not to bad, however, any longer than a night I would recommend somewhere else. A little side note for the owner if they read this. Get rid of the expensive jacuzzis no one seems to use and invest in a couple of Chromecasts for the TVs so none Greek speaking people can use them and kettles for the rooms. You'll have much happier guests.

This hotel is near the sea in the new city of RDOS, because there are no tourists in winter, the hotel is very cheap, but the hotel facilities are not reduced because there are no tourists, heating is available, the service is super good, the breakfast is super rich, although I saw that I was eating breakfast alone, The hotel has a bus stop to the airport in three minutes, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to the old city. It is very convenient to have a bus to LINDOS for only 6 euros.

Had the best time here! Met so many people from all over the world. Hospitality was incredible, beds were comfy, clean room, felt safe. Staff were super friendly around the clock. Air con didn’t work in our bedroom but worked in the kitchen area so we just kept the door open for ventilation and it was bare able. Despite the fires, the hostel helped us feeling safe the whole holiday, and worked efficiently throughout the black outs.

Very nice hotel close to the center of Rhodes Town and the beach.
Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

sland Boutique Hotel reviews Reviews WRITE A REVIEW 4.7 Excellent 249 reviews on Google Most relevant Newest Highest rating Lowest rating The Hypnosis Expert - EDIT 4/5 just now on Google We recently stayed at this hotel. Here is the review. Location: The hotel is located a short 2 minutes walk from the beach. Its close to the ****** & many cafes, restaurants, shops & bars are only a few minutes walk away. Very central. The hotel is central to all that Rhodes town has to offer. Staff: The staff are very friendly & efficient at their jobs. We were checked in by Irene & she is so warm & welcoming after a long night flight. All cleaning staff we met were also very friendly & helpful. Rooms: This is a very new hotel. The entire hotel is very clean & smells very fresh. Our room was on the first floor with a partial sea view. The bed was comfortable & there was a choice of two pillows. The bathroom was adequate too but there seemed to be an issue with the seal in the shower & unless you were very careful the water leaked out onto the floor. Room Facilities: Plenty of cupboard space for clothing. A fridge & safe. Lighting was good too. Coffee maker and small tabletop stove supplied. Negatives: As stated the shower was leaking at the bottom tray when in use. One one occasion there was no toilet roll replenished. There was a lack of cutlery ie a good bread knife etc If your a light sleeper do not book a room at the front of the hotel. The hotel faces onto a busy road & is above a busy restaurant. We were here out of season October on the 1st floor & even then for the first 3-4 nights we slept very little. Scooters, chairs being moved, buses etc make a lot of noise. All in all this is a great hotel but it needs to invest in some good soundproofing on the windows for the front facing rooms. I would still highly recommend it for a stay in Rhodes, it represents great value & just bring some earplugs if your a light sleeper.

Everything about Elaia-Fos was stunning. The building, the location, the room, the breakfast and the owners. We could only stay one night but we will definitely return and highly recommend this property the breakfast was superb and everyth8n was beyond perfect.
JJezza for lifeI recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests.
In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return for another visit.
I can only describe our stay here as outstanding. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring the town on foot. If you want to explore, all that Rhodes town has to offer, then the location means that the harbour is only a five minute walk, and the old town about 15 to 20 minutes. There are numerous lovely restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute radius of the hotel. And I would recommend using them, rather than eating in old town, as I found the food to be better and the prices a little lower. The hotel has a lovely wide open lobby, that is well presented with comfy sofas to relax in. The room itself was modern and clean, and had plenty of storage space. I would stay at this hotel again, without hesitation. Absolutely superb.
This hotel is absolutely amazing...I really cannot say anything negative about it. From the staff to the facilities and the location, everything about this hotel is 5 star. Me and my partner went B and B as we like to get out and explore. The breakfast was delicious with so much choice . The staff are so accommodating and will do anything for you. We did eat once in the hotel at the Italian themed restaurant (can't remember the name) and the food was very good . Bit poncy but obviously prepared and served with class at the forefront. The room was spotless and so comfortable with an amazing view that I will always remember. The pool at night is a spectacular. Little lights that change colour and flicker all evening giving the ambience of the hotel such a classy and visually amazing touch . The beach directly opposite the hotel is rocky and pebbly but still very nice. I personally am a beach coniseur so always search for the best beaches. So I would highly recommend tskimba beach which is 10 minute bus ride away . Best beach I have been to ...golden soft sand , crystal clear water. Amazing little bar/restaurant playing chilled and relaxing music. Service to your sunbed if you want and only €20 for 2 sunbeds and a brolly. Outside of the hotel there is an abundance of little shops and restaurants with a variety of different foods . Altogether Rhodes was amazing. The Sentigo Royal Port and spa is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning to this place .
We have just come back from a wonderfully 20th wedding anniversary holiday at Rodos Park. Two things that made this an outstanding were the beautiful food and gracious welcome from every member of the staff team. The breakfast was faultless with everything we could possibly want, from fresh fruit and fresh honey to cooked breakfast, salads and Greek specialties. On our first evening we ate at the hotel, it was so good that we continued to eat at the hotel for most of our meals! (We’ve never done that before). All the staff team were welcoming, I asked for recommendations from the receptionist and was given lots of helpful information. This is perhaps as you’d expect, but every other member of staff was generous and attentive, from the pool attendant, to the room team as well as waiters. I think the manager is an exceptional person to inspire this kind of dedication. So all I can say is a very big thank you.
Really wonderful hotel, location on the beach, with plenty of loungers to go round. The staff work incredibly hard, massive thankyou to the gentleman who cleaned the sun loungers each morning and night and the cleaning staff who kept the place immaculate - I love that they feature as a team on your Instagram page - shows real teamwork which was really evident in our stay. Service throughout our stay was outstanding Each meal time the food was excellent as was the service, lovely, fresh food & stacks of choice, there was always a table for us. The Aegeos Spa within the hotel was excellent, Areti did one of the best massages I have ever had, perfect way to switch off on a busy family holiday - would really recommend. This hotel is brilliant - we upgraded to a sea view room, which was modern, light and airy, the day we left we were moved to an older room for a late check out & I can understand the comments about rooms being dated - well worth the upgrade if you are considering. Don’t forget beach shoes for the pebbly beach 😊 Wouldn’t think twice about booking here again
excellent location: beach just across the street, another at the back, many good restaurants in the close neighborhood. Walking distance from harbour and old town. Car rentals nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, all English speaking. Classy restaurant, excellent breakfast, good buffet, all you want. Spacious rooms, all you need, clean, airconditioned, silent. Nice terras with seaview is a bonus. (not all rooms have this).
Not a good start when we were asked for the spurious ”Climate Crisis Resilience Fee” (Greek tourist tax) at hotel reception. This €49 robbery (€7 per night) was based on the hotel being 4 star, I would argue that it only warrants a 3 star rating which should have cost €21 (€3 per night) The rooms are clean and fresh, but a bit too minimalist with very few storage areas. The all inclusive fare is pretty typical of these places, and provided you're not a fussy eater, you'll be just fine (there's a McDonalds a mile down the road if you are fussy, but why not just stay at home?) This hotel's biggest let down is it's pools and ridiculous grubby loungers. It must be best kept shade trap secret in Rhodes! The mosaic floor of the kids pool was coming apart, and the murky water colour of the main pool's not very inviting. As a result, we never used those facilities once. Be aware that Rhodes has a bit of a mozi issue early and late season, so go well prepared with deterents. It ultimately was a pretty cheap package, and you gets what you pays for.
GGuest UserA lovely hotel with very friendly staff - as you'd expect for a 2 star it isn't the best place in Greece but it's perfect for those who expect to be out and about constantly. We used it as a place to sleep and have a few dirnks whilst getting ready and it was great: the staff couldn't have been more helpful giving us a key fob so we could come in late at night, offering us free drinks and booking us taxis
GGuest UserSo me and my brother flew in from England and stayed the week here, I booked before I looked at reviews then when I saw them i obviously panicked and thought it was gonna be a sh*T show, thankfully it was way better than expected. Firstly the location is great, 10 min walk from old town and the bus station where it costs €5 to go to lindos etc, sea a minute away, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and no extra fees were pushed on us, the room was clean, sure a bit of peeled paint was on the walls (not shocked due to humidity of Rhodes) but it was clean and nice. The room was cleaned 4 times in our 7 night stay and we enjoyed our visit, will definitely be staying again. I think some people pay for 2* and expect 5* lmao. For a 2* hotel it was way better than expected.
