Fantastic location with everything in the old town within walking distance.
The team colllected and dropped us off with our luggage from the gate which was fantastic as we saw many tourists trying to carry their luggage over the cobble streets.
Room was clean and well presented, very friendly team working there.

Avevamo prenotato tre giorni in questo hotel ma a causa di motivi di salute non sono potuta partire . Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti spiegando l’accaduto e la loro risposta è stata che potevo cancellare direttamente sul sito la prenotazione ( ovviamente tutto già pagato ) . Non hanno dimostrato nessun dispiacere .

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean with good facilities. The people in Rhodes Old Town have to be the friendliest I’ve ever met! Only issue to be aware of is transport/taxi from airport will drop you at the main gates. We didn’t have a contact number for property so had to find our own way there and got lost! When we eventually found it, there was no one to let us in and couldn’t make contact. We went to nearby restaurant to frantically make phone call to ******* at 10pm after travelling all day who also was unable to make contact. After spending over an hour on phone, the restaurant owner stepped in and sorted it all out for us - amazingly helpful and was so grateful. Absolutely fantastic stay after the initial hiccup.

The location was excellent - right in the culture and nightlife of Rhodes medieval town! Due to this location be warned, your taxi WILL NOT be able to drop you off at the door of this hotel. You will need to contact the hotel before arriving so they can pick you up in a little electric golf cart and this truly does feel super VIP! This is totally fine and the staff make this seamless but just a warning in case you are unsure of how Rhodes old town works (like myself before this trip!). This hotel being in the medieval town means you are super close to so many attractions, restaurants and bars! I would prefer to stay here rather than the coastal resorts for sure! The beach is only 15 mins walk. The room we had was on the ground floor and it was rather spacious for a small(er) space. the shower was huge and the decor was stunning! You really do feel you are living inside a historic building! Amenities were great, we had a nespresso machine and kettle! They even gave us a delicious red wine which we couldn't get enough of! Toiletries were lovely and so were the towels and robes. The bed is super comfy and you are guaranteed a good sleep. The room was very clean too! You can request your cleans as often or as little as you like. Do be warned this is not a hotel with a reception desk, this is really more like renting an apartment. As someone who only really stays in hotel for the comfort and service this did make me nervous when I found out after arriving that there was no reception however all was perfect in the end. Whenever we needed anything, I could whatsapp the managing staff and they would bring whatever was needed. On site, there was also a lovely lady who was always there in case you needed something immediately.

We went on a cheeky long weekend to Rhodes. Welcomed by friendly staff - they helped us with our late check-in. Thee establishment is in the old town. In a quiet neighbourhood. Only features couple of rooms. The room was beautiful. All the modern facilities- Nespresso machine, good toiletries - a large shower and an outside courtyard. Really pleased with the owner - talked to her about her passion with Rhodes. Absolutely gorgeous.
