The only strange thing is that in allinclusiv the frappes is not included

I'm currently lying on a lounger by the pool, our plane leaves in a few hours, so I'm using this time to write a review. Check-in after arriving at the hotel (last Sunday around 9:00 p.m.) went smoothly and we even managed to have dinner, which is served until 9:30 p.m. In general, the food here is varied, everyone chooses what they want, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a snack was also served in the morning and afternoon. Sometimes it happened that some food was missing, but they replenished it within a few minutes. It happened once or twice that we waited for a table for a while. The housekeepers and the staff in general were pleasant and kind. Drinks, beer and wine were served in the bars until 23:00 as part of all inclusive, after which you had to pay. Once we had dinner in a Greek restaurant where an aperitif, appetizer, main course (choice of 4 courses) and dessert were served. I personally liked it, but there was too much of it. We were accommodated in bungalows on the first floor overlooking the pool about 30m from the place where the evening program took place. The music was blaring, so it was not possible to fall asleep until about 11:30 p.m. Although the bungalow has been through a bit, we are not renting. There is also a shower and a bathtub, but there is no curtain in the bathtub, and when someone enters the bungalow, they practically immediately see the bathtub. They had to replace the air conditioning on the third day of our stay, as it hardly cooled at all, after that it was fine. Towels and bath towels were changed every day, and they also replenished shampoo and shower gel when it ran out. The room also has a small fridge, hair dryer and TV, but we never turned it on, electric kettle + tea, safe. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach were already included in the price, but the sunbeds had to be reserved in the morning. Most of the beach has poor access to the water due to the rocks, just on the edge of the resort near the harbor is a sandy beach with sunbeds, a shower and a buffet. The reptile could sometimes be cleaned of algae, otherwise it was fine, the bottom was sandy, shoes for the sea are not necessary, and the snorkel is also useless. Beach towels can be changed up to 3 times a week, but you have to go early in the morning, otherwise you're out of luck. We rented a car from the local rental company for one day (a Fiat Panda for €60 including insurance) and went to see the valley of butterflies in the morning (the children loved it) and in the afternoon we went to see the city of Rhodes - a beautiful city, I recommend going for the whole day, it's there what to watch. I can't go without mentioning the cats that can be found throughout the area, including the restaurant. Wifi worked quite well, except for one day when it dropped quite often. Overall, I would rate the satisfaction and stay at 4 stars. What I appreciate is that although check out is until 11:00 am, we could still go for lunch today and use all the hotel's facilities until our departure at 5:00 pm.

Das Hotel hat eine super lage sehr schön am Meer gelegen Sauberkeit in den Zimmern am pool oder in den Restaurants ist schlecht Gläser Teller dreckig Zimmer dreckig dusche dreckig käfer und Ameisen im Zimmer auf der Terrasse im Pool das Essen war ok abgesehen vom Eis wenn mal welches da war war es schlecht hat sandig geschmeckt oder es wurde einfach keins nachgefüllt wenn ich für Eis bezahle will ich auch welches haben das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen mit etwas Investition ist es wider in form zu bringen ich finde es sehr schade das mann so ein schönes Hotel mit so einer schönen lage so verkommen lässt dem Personal ist alles egal die machen ihre Arbeit und fertig nicht mehr und nicht weniger das WLAN ist grauenhaft mal hat mann bisschen Internet mal nicht dan ein ganzen Tag gar nicht war an der reception die haben gesagt kommt jemand der sich kömmert wir sind abgereist keiner gekommen sowas darf in einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht sein das WLAN schlecht ist verdorbenes Eis oder garkeins dreckige Gläser und Teller Zimmer selbst nach den Reinigen vom Zimmerpersonal noch dreckig wie gesagt in einem 5 Sterne Hotel darf sowas nicht vorkommen wie gesagt schade das mein ein Hotel so verkommen lässt ich werde hier nicht mehr herkommen und werde auch niemanden empfehlen hierher zu kommen

Très bel endroit

Après un voyage dans cet hôtel en octobre 2023, nous y sommes retournés car nous étions satisfait. Mais quelle déception cette année !!! A part la chambre qui était sublime, la literie impeccable et le personnel parfait, il y a trop de choses qui n'allaient pas. Déjà, arrivée à l'hôtel à 23h après avoir passé toute la journée dans les transports ... pas le moindre petit plateau repas et aucun accès à quelque alimentation que ce soit ... nous avons mangé des cacahuètes au bar principal. La plage ne ressemblait plus à une plage. De l'herbe partout qui empiète sur le sable ... nous sommes arrivés le 14 octobre, l'accès à la mer était bouché par 1m50 en hauteur et en largeur d'algues sur toute la longueur de la plage... personne de l'hôtel n'a déblayé ne serait-ce que 2 m afin que l'accès à l'eau soit facilité ... il nous a fallu traverser ce barrage d'algues pendant les 15 jours. Nous avons vraiment senti que c'était la fin de la saison ... plus le bar de la plage ni le bar Poséidon dès le 20 octobre ... tous les jours, des parasols de la plage étaient retirés ainsi que des lits de plage. Côté alimentation, une catastrophe !!! ils devaient vider les congélateurs .. tous les jours de l'alimentation surgelée et croquettes de poisson surgelées à chaque repas ... 4 soirs de suite blancs de poulet au grill ... et lorsque ce n'était pas des blancs de poulets, c'était des amalgames de viande hachée ... le soir, côté fruits, tous les jours pommes farineuses immangeables et poires minuscules pas mûres. 5 soirs nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du melon qui était bon, 5 soirs sur 15 jours ... pâtisseries à tous les repas vraiment pas bonnes. Les assiettes " propres" étaient mouillées de gouttes et plusieurs fois des aliments étaient encore accrochés. L'intérieur était gras. J'ai été 3 fois malade durant le séjour de 15 jours par ce que j'avais mangé. Il nous est arrivé plusieurs fois de recracher ce que nous avions en bouche ... Nous avons pourtant l'habitude de voyager et nous adaptons à tout, mais là, ça n'a pas été agréable... Ne pas se fier aux photos de la plage présentées sur le site vendeur ... elle est loin d'être comme ça ... Voici les vrais photos de la plage que nous avons eu pendant 15 jours. Vraiment pas top cette année. Merci au personnel qui lui est toujours agréable.
