Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Had a smashing time here again after three months being away.We came for mine and my partners birthday celebrations and we were greeted with a birthday cake as we emailed the hotel manager. This time we brought my partners parents with us as we had the best time last time we came. Bar staff were wonderful as always especially Antonis and Antinos. Beach was beautiful and lovely for a swim and snorkelling compete with anything you need to borrow provided by Lucas. Rooms were lovely and clean as well as comfortable and pretty. Can’t wait to come back next year. Special thanks to Savvas and his team for being so accommodating and welcoming, anything we needed was catered for there and then which was perfect as my mother in law has a dislocated shoulder. One week in October 2024, with lots of research in advance I had deliberately chosen the Atrium Palace as my last 2024 holidays destination. I even took into account flying from another airport than my home airport. Very pleasant correspondence in advance (celiac - gluten free breakfast options easy to coordinate) and a lovely welcome at the reception (despite my late arrival a sparkling wine at late night). Breakfast was varied, amazing choice. Twice I even asked for gluten free pancakes. Delicious! My room was spacious, bright and just cosy as at home. Although I was facing issues with ants, the cleaning staff took care and I received a small gift from the reception in the evening thereafter. Overall, the staff was outstanding & the key of success of the Atrium Palace! Nice location, too. Calm but ideal for walks along the coast or daily tours by rental car. Latter is which I did most of the days and thus did not make is use of the gym neither the swimming pools, the Spa area or lunch and dinner. Pretty sure all those aspects will be equally great as what I experienced during this week. Seldom but in this case it happened: I seriously consider to come back in a year's time, October 2025! Could there be any bigger compliment :-) ?!

Best hotel on island, very good food, few nice restaurants, attentive stuff, huge green territory and amazing beach. But the most important thing that makes this hotel special is how people who work here welcome and treat you. I have traveled a lot, but never felt so much care and attention to every small detail. P.S. Sea food night at the main restaurant is incredible!

We feel extremely blessed to be able to re visit the Atrium Palace, this our 13th year. For the time of year, the weather is still exceptional. We've stayed in many hotels on Rhodes but since our 1st visit to this hotel we haven't wanted to go anywhere else. There are many pluses but the best of all are the staff across the whole hotel. Mr Apostolas is a very present hotel Manager and he's been here all the years we've stayed. Many of the staff have also been here many years including Savvas, Pari and Kasa in the main restaurant and we've got to see many staff progress and flourish. We are always greeted with warm smiles and offers to make our stay more special. This year there are newly decorated rooms and areas. A touch of soft green added to the colour palatte. New uniforms lift the staff morale. There has been a boost on Eco implementations which is very encouraging. We enjoy our stay very much, everything and everyone is the best it can be, we feel very welcome and we would love to keep on visiting. Amanda & Alan

The Atrium Palace never fails to exceed our expectations. The whole experience is just perfect and this year we also have the best weather. As always, Mr Apolostolos is a very present host, and it is very comforting that so many of the staff are still here, Savvas, Pari, and Kasa make us very welcome year after year. Also, we recognise many of the guests as repeat holidaymakers, which must suggest that others think that the Atrium Palace is perfect, too. Several rooms and areas have been newly decorated and a lovely shade of green accents the colour palette on pillars and walls, the staff have new uniforms which boosts morale, the food quality has moved up to the next level. Several more Eco initiatives have been implemented, so it's all a win-win.

This hotel is by the far the best I’ve ever been to. This year was the 8th time that I’ve spend my holidays here. And it gets even better and better every year! Definitely coming back next year. (May and October are my preferred travel times, due to great weather to be and explore!) The second you arrive at Atrium Palace, you feel so welcomed and everbody is very attentive & friendly. Even when fully booked, the hotel never feels crowded and there is always a sunbed at the pool or beach waiting for you. The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s the only hotel in the area and it is very private and quiet - perfect for a relaxing vacation time. The beach is stone and not sand, and it’s very clean water. (For sunrise lovers, this hotel is perfect, too!) Even by travelling by myself, I never feel strange about it. As the hotel itself and the village around are very secure and safe. But if you want to have some action, it’s only a short distance to Lindos or other places. When renting a car, it’s in the middle to all interesting places. Also there is a local bus stop in the front, with a bus that drives along many places. The rooms are freshly renovated, nice and clean. As is the whole hotel area. It has an beautiful landscape and design. I especially love the food, which is premium. The buffet also as the small restaurants have a great selection and a very high quality. As a vegetarian I have plenty of options. The staff at the hotel is very very nice and they all care about the needs of guests. They speak multiple languages and communication is never an issue. Lukas from the beach is the best, he takes good care of everything & is always very attentive. It’s a lot of fun, to speak with him. 🌟 Also are Irini & Spyros in the main restaurant very good waiters. Or Tsambika from the mini market, who is always up for a chat. Apostolos the manger and Savvas are always there to help with questions and looking out for a great vacation experience. The hotel is a real gem and I can’t recommend it enough 🙏🏻🤍
