Excellent hotel, all you need for a great and relaxing holiday. Family oriented hotel. Friendly staff and service, food and drink great with a good selection of Greek, Italian and Asian cuisines. Only downside at peak hours waiting for an elevator to get to and from the rooms. Parking also is only available across the road. Greater organisation required at beach and sun beds sections during peak hours as you cannot easily find sun beds many are taken from the morning from other guests in the hotel leaving their things on the sun beds when no one is there. Other than these minor things I would visit again!

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

A really beautiful hotel, delicious food, a lot of choice, stylishly decorated rooms, very nice and helpful staff, amazing swimming pools, we will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Rhodes again

Fabulous hotel, 2nd time we have stayed, cannot fault it. Food excellent, spotlessly clean, staff cannot do enough for you. It is a long way from any restaurants, shops and sights, but a complete rest and everything you need is available on site.

Decent holiday in a decent hotel. It's not a 5 star in reality. Lots of reviews seem to think so but there expectations are clearly not very high. It's a good 4 star with lovely pools and comfy sunbeds. Great location on the beach and lots of things to do for kids etc. But the service is sub par,not 5 star but acceptable. Some staff simply don't do enough to go above and beyond. That sounds harsh but in a true 5 star luxury hotel that's what you get. Food is OK but nothing special. 2 mains served warm not hot in Italian restaurant and we sent 3 dishes back in the greek as they tasted horrific. Wine choice is so basic. House white or rose which is pretty awfull wine. Would I stay here again? No probably not with so many better options available. Save your money and get to the waldorf in dubai.Makes this place look like a travelodge in my opinion.
