Got back from a stay of 17 nights here about two weeks ago after a wonderful relaxing holiday here. Yes the rooms are a bit tired and the food is sometimes a bit hit and miss, but the hotel is only three stars and is exceptional value for money. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the rooms clean. The shower room is small but perfectly functional for what you actually use it for. Nick maintains the gardens and pool to an exceptionally high standard which , as a naturist, is really the whole point of going to a naturist hotel. Elena always greeted us with a cherry greeting and was always on hand when a drink was needed from the bar. Had a great stay and have already booked for next year.

Booked an early October break to relax and catch some sun. Hotel is superbly run by a husband and wife team , ably supported a small but very helpful and polite staff. Booked b and b but ate every night in the hotel as the food was excellent .Menu was varied and all foodstuffs sourced fresh each day. First time in a naturist hotel but mood was so relaxed and friendly , i would recommend a stay to experienced and first timers like myself. There is a small naturist beach 15 mins walk from the hotel which was great as well. My room was clean and well looked after and as the nearby town was aptly called Paradisi , I can honestly say I found my idea of Paraddise !!

We would like this to be a factual and fair review of our stay at the hotel as we feel it’s only fair to give people looking to stay here a real insight as some of the reviews on here seem to be a bit rose tinted and short. We understand that some people may not share the same opinions as us toward Angel Club however a LOT of guests we spoke to during our stay did. Firstly we think the website is miss leading and borders false advertisement. We cannot comment on the ‘mountain’ view rooms or suites but the sea view rooms shown in the online promotional photos are not what we saw or experienced. The bathrooms are dimly lit which isn’t helped by the dark red coloured tiles, brown painted door / woodwork and dated shower tray / toilet which were also cracked, ooh and the mildew stained shower curtain…. See photos. A continuous source of giggles came from the bathroom door catch which had been fitted back to front so if you had the bathroom door closed it could easily be pushed or blown open which was a real treat if your using the facilities and someone opens the room door blowing open the bathroom door and revealing you at your most vulnerable for any visitors to see ! The room was ok at best, it again was in desperate need of updating with a fresh coat of paint and a really good deep clean. The veneered furniture was splitting and delaminating, only two lights worked, the bed was very very firm and uncomfortable, the balcony door had to be lifted back onto its runners every time it was closed, the balcony had not been cleaned for what appeared to be weeks if not months and there was a birds nest behind the outside A/C compressor which stopped it from working properly. WiFi in the room was non existent and the fridge had 23 dead ants it it…. We know…. because we counted every little one. In the main hotel the bar area was nice with comfy stalls and the bar itself was fairly well stocked. The lounge area was ok…a bit dated but ok. The outside veranda seating area was nice with a lovely view across the pool and into the garden. At night when it’s all lit up it look especially nice. The dining tables were fine but the seats could have done with being updated or cushions added for more comfort while eating dinner. The pool and pool area was lovely and by far the crown of the hotel, Niko clearly cared for the garden and pool and we think it showed, it’s just a shame the inside didn’t mirror the outside. The woooden sun loungers were well used and needed of some TLC with screws coming out and slats breaking but the lounger cushions were good, clean and comfy. Multiple signs were posted around stating the wooden loungers must not be moved but there were plenty of aluminium loungers you could use and put wherever you liked. The palm top umbrellas are in serious need of repair and offered very little in the way of shade due to the amount of holes in them. The bar area near the pool was more of a glorified shed and hadn’t been clearly used for years. No

I love this place, very family atmosphere, and excellent value for money, at least for half board, with hearty breakfast and four evenings of live music during the two weeks I was there. The sea, not far away, pebble and waste beach, but passable all the same, out of sight and small bistros to discover in the surrounding area.

We have recently returned from our third visit to this hotel, staying for 14 nights on this occasion. Having been before, it was very similar to what we remembered therefore we knew basically what to expect. That said, we were a little surprised that nothing much had changed given that they have updated the website since our last visit and perhaps anyone booking for the first time based on the new website would possibly be disappointed. A review however must be factual and although we are obliged to point out some negative aspects, Nick and Elena try to make everyone feel welcome and part of the wider family of guests. Probably the best feature of the hotel has got to be the lounge area, the pool and surrounding gardens which Nick keeps in great order. The palm frond poolside umbrellas need some renovation and don’t provide as much shade as some people might like. This is made worse by them being fixed in one place therefore as the hot sun moves around the property, the umbrellas can’t be moved to shade the loungers. There are also notices asking that guests don’t move the wooden sun loungers therefore trying to find shade is sometimes a problem. There are aluminum loungers available but again it is quite difficult to move these into the shade unless you take them to the far end of the pool under the trees. It is unfortunate that they still don’t have the pool bar open as advertised on the updated website, but as this was our third visit and it wasn’t operating on either of our previous ones it came as no surprise. I think, given the mix of guests that were there, this would have been a great place to sit with a drink and socialise and it is perhaps something Nick should consider if he solves his staffing difficulties. There is a jacuzzi next to the pool but during the time we were there we saw nobody using it, perhaps this is due to the €5 per person per day charge they make for its use. Nick did apologise and explain to me that they are suffering from a lack of staff this year and a week into our holiday, the waitress decided she was going to leave thus reducing the staff even more. Mustafa the waiter/barman however was brilliant, attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, so we have to give him a special mention and our thanks for the way he looked after us, going out of his way to fetch whatever we asked for, even if it was a little out of the ordinary. It is a pity the same couldn’t be said about the new waiter they took on for serving the evening meals who was sullen, didn’t speak and made you feel like he was doing you a favour when he put your food in front of you. Our party had two bedrooms and whilst being adequate for our requirements. the bathrooms are in need of upgrading and have deteriorated since our last visit. The toilet in one had a crack in it and the shower curtain fell down when pulled around the shower tray. Room cleaning was hit and miss. The hotel advertises room cleaning every three days with a change of towels and shee

Thanks to Nikos and Elen for their welcome and their help due to lastminute.com error. Pleasant and very family hotel, moutchtaba and Samy took great care of us to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. Small hotel, very cocooning, simple but effective meals. Possibility of having a scooter directly at the hotel, it’s great. A little word for Nikos, a little extra for your hotel, having a book of activities to do with contact. Otherwise nothing to say it was very good. For the slanderers, yes there are planes that pass overhead but frankly it doesn't spoil anything except for annoying people. Good luck Nikos, Elen, Samy and Mouchtaba
