I would also like to recommend this hotel for a wedding venue. After much research my daughter chose this hotel and what an amazing place to get married. Staff looked after us all, we couldn’t have had a better experience. The location is amazing . Perfect wedding and highly recommend if anyone is thinking of getting married abroad on the beautiful island of Rhodes. Food was of a high standard, ate at the themed restaurants Italian and Greek, an abundance of delicious food with very friendly staff. No queues at the bars and the drinks were of good quality, a very nice young man worked very hard all day serving drinks around the pool area, cocktails were very good. Room was lovely, very clean and everything is close by . Hired a car from the lobby desk for two days, easy to do and very reasonable. Thankyou to the lady we hired the car from, she was very helpful and friendly. Bus stop is right outside the hotel, reception gave us a timetable for bus times. Entertainment for the kids disco was much enjoyed by our little ones and the adult entertainment on every evening was of a high standard. A different show every night. Most staff went out of their way to help and were really happy in their work ,a pleasure to meet them. We were certainly living the dream and this beautiful hotel. Thank you again to the wedding planners, you went above and beyond to make the day very special. Cannot say enough in our gratitude to you. Look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this hotel. As for tui, this will probably by my last booking through them, had a couple of issues with them, very poor customer service and issues are ongoing, advise would be use another holiday company in the unlikely event you may need some help ( not related to the hotel who unlike tui have excellent customer service and an actual person to speak with).

The hotel its self its amazing with nice views and beautiful and well equipped rooms. The staff of the hotel is really friendly and very helpful to us whatever we needed. Special thanks to the amazing Animation team who entertained our kids but ourselves as well throughout the holidays Throughout the week the hotel has some external singers and dancers and made some special shows which was really enjoyable. The girls from the Spa was also lovely and very friendly with some nice offers for relaxation ,the photographers as well provided some truly professional service and made some nice memories to take back home. I would like to mention also the housekeeping of the hotel that both rooms and lobby were always clean. We don't have anything negative to mention and we will definitely comeback

Been back one day from our 2 week holiday, it was amazing. We also got married and it was perfect. The contact I had with Nektaria before during and after the wedding was faultless. She was very attentive, and met my every need. We had a large wedding party of 49 guests, but the day still flowed seamlessly and both Nektaria and Lee were there every step of the way. She really went above and beyond. We paid a little extra to have some extras to our wedding like canopies as there was a large lull in the middle of the day and this was so worth the money. We had the canopies in the Asian which was private, with a violinist and it was very elegant. The food was beautiful and better than I thought. We also had some unusual requests and she made sure my every request was met. I cannot thank her enough for making it such a brilliant day from start to finish. I wish we could do it all over again! It was so much fun. The hotel its self was perfect and fabulous for children. The food was great for an all inclusive hotel and plenty of variety. The Italian in particular I loved, which is also where we had our wedding. We did have a few items go missing from our room though which was a shame. We had a swim up room and it just made it even more special to have such a lovely room. I would 100% recommend this hotel for a holiday and for a wedding and recommend Nektaria and Lee to organise your special day. I cannot thank them enough. We would absolutely love to come back in the future! We had an awful experience with Tui before and after the holiday, but the experience at the hotel was fabulous.

We spend a great holiday in this beautiful resort! Especially the aqua park made it a perfect autumn holiday for me and my daughter. The food is great, everything is clean and beautiful. The pools are quite cold at the end of October, but children still play in them having tons of fun. We especially remember our dinner in the Italian a la carte restaurant. The perfectly organized and very sympathetic Konstantina made it fantastic and memorable. She was so nice to my daughter Emma - really lovely! Also Christina in her team was very nice :-) In the Greek Tavern we loved the atmosphere created by Ioannis - a very charming Greek gentleman :-) Thanks to Fotis (guest relations) we were allowed to enjoy 2 out the 3 a la carte restaurants. Thank you very much for this special treat, Fotis :-) There is one recommendation I would like to make: 35 EUR for 40 minutes of Sauna is not acceptable. Even the most expensive Spas in Germany would not cost more than 45 EUR for the full day. Especially in autumn, I would have loved to spend a late afternoon in the Sauna. But not at a price of 35 EUR per 40 minutes!!! This is a hotel I want to visit again because we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our holiday there. I highly recommend Families to spend a holiday here!

Came for my nephew wedding, Amazing beautiful day. Beautiful hotel ,extremely clean, brilliant staff, that work tiresly to make your stay perfect, Amazing views, lots of entertainment for the kids ,while offering quite areas as well. Food is really good. Had a wonderful time, would definitely come back.

Food was poor, cold and very ordinary for 5*. Kids buffet was pretty much the same every night. We ate outside a lot but needed to bring our own light to be able to see our food (most people used their torches on their phones). The restaurant outside was full of cats, on our last night one scratched my 6 year old and made him bleed (he didn’t do anything but walk back into the restaurant for a croissant). The buffet was very over crowded. We ate in the Italian a la carte one night, food was a little better, table service of one waitress wasn’t so good, she cleared our table prior to my partner finishing her meal. Cooked breakfast was the worst in the buffet, the quality of the food for this was shocking. The pool bar was the nicest food but again I would call average. We booked a partitioned room for the 3 of us. Again average. The maid was lovely but clearly over worked, the beds weren’t changed and the Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all during the week. Ok for a 4* but not a 5* in my experience. Staff were friendly and attentive. They tried their best to make the experience the best. Excluding the entertainment rep we spoke with to enquire about kids football, I was told it was for 12 years plus only. There was little shade around the main pools. Difficult to keep out of the sun. The amount we paid for the holiday along with it being a 5* I was surprised drinks were not included at the water park bar. No iron in the room either. Be aware check out is at 12pm. We asked to pay to keep our room until 5/6pm ish. 190 euros this would’ve cost us. We opted for the free curiosity room. We were allocated 30 mins. Our luggage was taken to an unlocked room for the day. It put us on edge having passports etc in the unlocked room. Never experience the lack of security like this before. In the hotel description it stated it included a beach, the beach at the side was poor. We had to pay for sunbed and there were no toilets or bar facilities. The best part of this hotel is the staff, they really tried to be attentive and meet the guests needs with the resources they had to do so. We would not return, certainly not for the amount it cost us, very disappointing.
