Schön gelegen fussläufig zu See und Schloss. Sehr nettes Personal, hilfsbereit und entspannt.
Zimmer zum Innenhof wegen Schwierigkeiten mit direkter Belüftung über das Fenster nicht so günstig.
Einrichtung geschmackvoll und gemütlich.
Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Neu renoviertes Hotel ganz im Zentrum von Rheinsberg, nur wenige Schritte von Schloss und Theater entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, geschmackvoll und neu renoviert. Nur das Atrium und das Erdgeschoss sehen irgendwie provisorisch aus. Das Hotel wirkt ein bisschen leer, wenn man ankommt, kein typisches Hotelflair. Herr Lehmann von der Rezeption hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen, so weit das ging. Manche Zimmer haben ein Fenster nach innen zum Atrium, die würde ich nicht empfehlen, da man nicht gut lüften kann und es im Atrium ziemlich stark hallt.

Rezeption freundlich - Backoffice inkulant trotz mangelnder Kommunikation zur Rezeption Angefragt (nicht reserviert) wurden 3 Übernachtungen. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde unsererseits gefragt ob auf 2 Übernachtungen verkürzt werden kann, ohne Unkosten - diesem wurde an der Rezeption zugestimmt. Im Anschluss kam eine dicke Nachberechnung aus dem Backoffice, trotz nicht genutzter Nächtigung Konstruktive Lösungsvorschläge blieben aus.

Das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.Sehr professionelle Beratung und sehr gute und freundliche Bewirtung . Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, die in Rheinsberg mal gutes Essen und gute Getränke genießen möchten.
