This hotel was okay for a short layover stay. The rooms are a bit outdated, however we’re clean and sufficient for what I needed. The airport shuttle is a good idea, however, I booked the day before and it was still 45 minutes late, making me arrive at the airport later than intended. For the price it was an okay stay.

Absolutely loved the place until it came to a devastatingly nightmarish end when I was basically living there and i went to extend my stay and was given a rate of approx. $800 plus. Had to take iced cold showers after letting it run for an hour to heat which never happened. Never received any incidental charges back. And last but not least... why is anyone walking in my room before check out time? Never mind check out... but insanely early. I would have forgotten about everything else if I wasn't being put on the street because the prices were jacked astronomically. Dear Sheraton, can you at least release my incidentals so maybe I can figure something out... please and thank you
