Close to the beach, we ordered breakfast and dinner, the food was average, neither good nor bad. Cost-effective. There are two outdoor swimming pools, which is a plus.

Booked as a very last minute holiday and couldn’t have been happier with the hotel. Given a room upgrade on arrival, complimentary drinks. Staff all really friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was tidied and given fresh towels daily. We did B&B and couldn’t fault the breakfast. No one goes hungry!! Bar poolside that serves drinks and reasonably priced food. Location wise there is a lovely Italian right outside which proved handy when we arrived late and was hungry, they’re open til late. Beach and further shops/restaurants/cafes all within reach. Alternatively a 20min stroll (or a taxi for 6€) takes you into the beautiful Old Town. Lots of beautiful highly rated restaurants, shops and Fortezza of Rethymno is worth a visit.

Beautiful high rise hotel with a pool and option for all inclusive package. Poolside drinks and snacks are offered as well as a live duet in the evening poolside. Buffet dinner at a reasonable price in the evening is offered if you don’t choose the all inclusive option. Parking is a challenge but you can pay extra to park your car in their lot.

Lovely spacious hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed in the building across the road from the main hotel. Rooms were big with a balcony and the shower was very good. The air con was good. There was no corridor noise or from the road. Staff were super friendly at all times. The hotel had a gym which I wanted to use but found some of the equipment not usable posing some safety issues-.the rower foot straps are broken and the treadmill foot covering is warped. Also it is not supervised so children were in there messing around on the equipment lots of days. We had a lovely stay, breakfast was good- lots of choice.
It was about a 20 minute walk into the old town along the beach road. The beach is only 5 mins away and is lovely. Plenty of good restaurants a few mins walk away

Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Sowohl der Service als auch das Essen und die Zimmer waren super! Die Lage ist auch gut: über die Strandpromenade ist man in ca. 20 Min. am Hafen und in der Altstadt.

Amazing holiday with plenty choice of food! The beach was a stone throw away! Old town was within walking distance. Staff was friendly! Cocktails were too strong but we made the staff aware to tone down. We went all inclusive. Staff was so friendly and helpful

L'hôtel est très bien, la nourriture variée et bonne. C'est la deuxième fois. Je suis allée dans cet hôtel au mois de Mai 2022. Malheureusement je n'ai pas eu la chambre que Je désirais. Pour l'avoir j'aurai dû payer un supplément de 217 € en plus. Mon mari n'était pas d'accord. Ce voyage m'est revenu à plus de 2.100 euros. Le personnel est très souriant.
