Very nice suite, even with a full kitchen~
The welcome popcorns truly warm my heart~
We only stay overnight to catch the early flight. The free airport shuttle service is great~ They can even take you to nearby town for food and drink. Definitely on top of my choice based on the price value!

This place is just fine…I was initially weary after reading the TripAdvisor reviews. However, this was where United sent me when they delayed my flight and put me up for the night. This hotel isn’t the Ritz, nor is it trying to be. However, the rooms were clean and perfectly functional for a night or two. The lady at check in was polite and efficient and got us settled in even though it was almost midnight when we got there. It’s about 15 minutes away from the airport so factor that into your equation. Other than that, the property is starting to show its age but again they’ve done a good enough job of maintenance. It is a Sonesta brand hotel so adjust expectations (typically a notch or two lower than Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt but comparable to a midrange/nicer Choice Hotel).

The room was clean and decently appointed and the facility is well kept with nice landscaping. There are no restaurants or shops nearby to get a meal, and no recommendations anywhere in the hotel (other than the recommended delivery service).
When I arrived, the reception area was packed with people and their luggage. One customer apparently had an issue, and it was a "shift change". I waited patiently, but it was late and I was tired.
The room was fine, but there was no recycle receptacle and only one coffee provided. Since apparently they don't service the rooms daily, I had to without coffee my second morning.

This was a horrible experience. Got there at 11:30pm and difficult to find where to check in. Was told there was a parking fee. My reservation didn't say anything about that and when I looked online it is super buried. They also charged an extra amount as a hold. Then was told our room was in a different building. No luggage carts. The keycard wouldn't work on any door. We lucked out and someone was coming out a door to let us in. Then the carpet on the first floor to the elevator was so warped that our luggage could barely move. The bed was super soft and the bathroom had a weird placement for the toilet paper where we just had to take it off. You had to be a contortionist to use it. Glad we were only staying one night but stay away from this place!
