之前很多次到仁懷出差，沒想到新開了一家鉑爾曼，立馬下單感受一下，雖然是新開的酒店，但是房間沒有味道，還放了碳包除味很貼心，大堂裏的設計也很好看，符合酒都的名氣！房間寬敞舒適，床品也很舒服，整體來説很不錯，位置也方便，仁懷酒店新選擇，推薦！

真實入住感受：深夜十點風塵僕僕到達酒店，前台態度言語冷漠，垮起個臉看起來像欠她錢一樣，辦理完入住，直接塞給我一張房卡然後一言不發，沒有告知房間號就算了，我可以自己看房卡，但絲毫不提早餐就過分了吧，我拿完卡準備上樓了，衹好主動問“早餐幾點到幾點，是在哪一層？”前台才冷冰冰的告訴我7點到10點，某一層。我是知道我定的房間帶早餐，但其他客人如果不問，是不是就錯過了？ 我衹能説，前台便是酒店服務態度的第一體現人，這種服務水平，哪怕房間設施再新再智能，酒店裝修再豪華再高檔，都無法讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。 加強培訓吧，任重道遠。
