Stayed at Holiday Inn Reims – City Centre for a business trip and the experience exceeded expectations across the board. The location is unbeatable, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance to key attractions and champagne houses.
The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable setup that works perfectly for both rest and productivity. Service was consistently professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay seamless.
Facilities are well thought out, and everything runs smoothly without friction. Overall, this property delivers strong value with a premium feel, making it an easy choice for business travelers looking for reliability with a touch of style.
Would definitely return.

too expensive for what you get almost 100euro a night for an average hotel
plus they make you pay another 100euro as deposit which wasn't even mentioned before booking
don't recommend it

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly large and the hotel was a close stroll to the station and city centre

The lifts to the seven floors are the slowest I have ever encountered. The hotel car parking spaces, when available, are very, very, very tight and only good drivers can access the spaces.
