Location spitze, Essen gut aber wenig, vieles nicht mehr vorhanden, Service bemüht aber nicht geschult. Nur ein Baarmann der wirklich Ahnung hatte. Trotz Feedbacks am 1. Tag kaum Besserung in der Organisation. Für eine Nacht sicher okay aber nicht für Tagungen!!! Aktives Zuhören kann auch noch ausgebaut werden.

Tolles Hotel mit schönen großen Zimmern in sehr ruhiger Lage. Hier kann man wirklich mal entspannen.
Das Restaurant ist sehr schön mit einer preislich gehobenen Küche wobei man aber auch bedenken muss, ob man bereit ist, für winzige Portionen diese Preise zu bezahlen. Mir kam es zu übertrieben vor auch wenn die Qualität gestimmt hat. Als Gastgeber würde ich mir die Besucher die eben genau aus diesen Gründen nicht im Hause Essen, nicht entgehen lassen wollen.

평온한 교외를 즐기기에는 적합했습니다. 숙소 주변에 식당이나 편의점이 없어서 불편했습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 교통편이 많이 불편했습니다. 자가 차량이나 렌트가를 이용하는 게 좋습니다. 버스가 제 시간에 오지 않았습니다.

Für eine Gruppenreise hatten wir 12 Zimmer bestellt. Zimmer sehr klein, sauber, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt jedoch nicht. Für das gemeinsame Abendessen war ein Buffet vorbestellt. Das Essen in den Rechauds war total zerkocht und quantitativ für die Anzahl der Personen ungenügend. Servicepersonal an diesem Abend mittelmäßig. Bei der Abrechnung kam es hotelseitig zu Unregelmäßigkeiten, mit anschließenden, für die Gäste, sehr unangenehmen Diskussionen mit der Hotelleitung. Zitat der Hotelleitung: "Auf solche Gäste können wir gerne verzichten"! GASTFREUNDLICHKEIT SIEHT ANDERS AUS!

Hotel hat sein eigenes Flair. Service der Kellers ist nicht in Ordnung. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel sollte ich meine Getränke nicht selbst auf die Terrasse tragen. Der Kellner am Tisch mit Gästen , um zu tauchen und Schnaps zu trinken , macht einen nicht so guten Eindruck. Abends nach 22.00 Uhr sollten leere Flaschen nicht entsorgt werden. Der Lärm ist sehr störend.
