Definitely like this hotel very clean employees be a little nicer but they weren’t too bad

Not too often I give 5 star reviews for hotels! But this place absolutely fit the bill for everything we were looking for. From the clean rooms, to our dogs having plenty of room our experience was awesome. Sergio and Melissa are amazing! All of the staff were always helpful and understanding. Rooms were clean. Hot tub and pool were a great added bonus. The breakfast gave you everything you needed to get your day started. Plenty of room for the dogs to use the bathroom as well. Location is perfect. Let's just say I will be back to stay here again! This place rocks 🤘

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel that has led me to decide against returning. I had pre-paid for my room through Priceline, which advertised a spa tub as part of the amenities. However, upon checking in on Labor Day evening, I was informed by the front desk employee that my room did not include a spa tub. The hotel was practically empty, with only a few cars in the parking lot, so I thought it would be reasonable to ask if I could pay the difference to upgrade to a room with a spa tub. The employee's response was unhelpful and dismissive, as he stated that since the room was prepaid, no changes could be made, even though I was more than willing to pay the additional $29 difference. Given the circumstances, I found this response quite frustrating and felt that it reflected poorly on the hotel's customer service. I decided to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere, but unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund any of the prepaid amount. The employee’s attitude only added to the negative experience, and it was clear that they were not interested in accommodating or resolving the issue in a customer-friendly manner. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but this experience has left me with no desire to return. The lack of flexibility and the poor customer service have overshadowed any previous positive experiences which were already a few and far in between.

Didn’t get the room we reserved. Bad customer service. Wouldn’t refund us so we could go to a different hotel even though they didn’t give us the room we reserved and they couldn’t accommodate because they sold out. We have a young child and one of us had to sleep on hardwood floor.

Very welcoming & peaceful place. Terrific staff, especially Malissa and Sergio (so easy to talk with) Very generous breakfast. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi. Very comfy beds and variety pillows. We are continuing to come over & over. 🤗👍❤️

Front desk staff was kind. I had forgotten something in the room and they reached out right away. Hotel rooms were clean. Location was super convenient. Beds n pillows comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This hotel was at a decent location. We ended up taking an Uber to the boardwalk so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking. The staff was nice and the room was clean and spacious. I was worried it might be a little noisy at night since I heard dogs during the day, but we had no issues and didn’t hear a thing.

The office staff were very nice, our room was clean and appealing. They serve a continental breakfast and 24 hrs coffee. A pool to cool off in. Right by Rt 1 and shops, resturants. Glad we found this hotel! Close to the beaches. Come check it out... Reviews are ever changing.

Hotel is fine but it’s lacking in amenities. Location is good but the rooms kind of smell like mildew- probably because they don’t have good ventilation and the pool is on the same floor. Housekeeping didn’t come once during our entire 3 day stay, and the room was so humid that our towels never dried and we had to ask for new ones every time we took a shower. Because nothing would air dry, we had to use the dryer to dry our clothes. It only runs on quarters and the front desk will not give you change. If the dryer doesn’t get your clothes done in one cycle you’re out of luck, gotta find 8 more quarters. Breakfast is included with the price but it’s basically a waffle maker and some pastries so if you’re expecting it to be hot think again. Also the hotel does not show up on Apple Maps so it’s kind of a pain to get to because the address is not easy to remember. Based on our experience, there is no reason for this hotel to be more expensive than the Econo Lodge down the street. The Jacuzzi was amazing though.
