Molto comodo perché situato proprio al centro della città, in fianco a piazza duomo, in stabile del 500 che era la casa del capitano del Popolo. parcheggio privato ad un costo contenuto, ottime camere, bagno, letto e molto silenzioso. Personale molto gentile e preparato.

L'antichità e la maestosità di questo hotel lo rende unico.. Situato al centro di reggio emilia affaccia su una delle piazze piu belle. Arredato con stile antico gli interni sono molto belli anche se nelle camere alcune mobilie andrebbero riviste. Colazione intercontinentale davvero ottima! Nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato soddisfacente ma rimodernerei (seppur in stile antico) se possibile solo le camere.

È la seconda volta che commetto lo stesso errore lo ammetto ma penso sia l'ultima visto il personale scorbutico,il bagno in camera minuscolo e l'intonaco che viene giù dalle pareti!Piu ' che storico lo definirei un hotel decadente e basta!

A 4 Star hotel? Hardly. In reality, this is barely a 3-star lodging that is admittedly in a beautiful, historic and well-located building, but which is tired and badly in need of significant furnishings upgrading. The staff is unhelpful to the point of surliness (unless they are trying to shill for their sister property called Cavazzone), the rooms are tired and threadbare (albeit clean), and the so-called breakfast buffet features mediocre food and coffee and fruit that was browning from exposure to the air. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel that actually merits its 4-star rating and avoid this property like the plague.

Grazie a tutto il personale della "Reception" per la loro accoglienza e cortesia. Mi sono trovato dinanzi ad una grande problematica e ho trovato persone gentilissime che mi hanno dato la loro piena disponibilità. Hotel accogliente e raffinato, situato al centro di Reggio Emilia in ottima posizione. Lo consiglio vivamente sia per svago che per lavoro.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Heel mooie ruime kamer met grote badkamer (met bad). Fantastische matras die een schitterende nachtrust garandeert. Heel centrale ligging in de oude stad. Goede garage. Lekker en omstandig ontbijtbuffet. Leuke bar! Kortom een zeer goed (klassiek) adres waar kwaliteit voorop staat.
