The structure is just a few minutes from the station and practically 2 minutes from the Reggio cathedral. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and clean. The staff is very kind, starting with Giuseppe who welcomes you by explaining in detail the characteristics of the room and what to see or where to eat. Good and varied breakfast. Special thanks go to Elena who was very helpful in all our requests.

Located mere steps from the main pedestrian street of Corso Garibaldi. This is a simple, straightforward, slightly older hotel with all the comforts but nothing too fancy. It is in a great location. So close to shopping, restaurants and other conveniences. We were fortunate to be able to grab a parking spot right out front that didn't require payment. Otherwise there is lots of paid parking nearby. There is no elevator, but owner Giuseppe will carry your suitcase upstairs. Giuseppe is super friendly and helpful and will keep in touch on WhatsApp. He offers tourist tips and restaurant recommendations. In the morning, Fryline runs the breakfast area, making you coffees and again - being super friendly. Together with the woman who cleans the rooms (sorry, didn't get her name), they take a genuine interest in how you are, what you are doing, and how they can help. The people and the location truly make this place a gem - and the king-sized bed was super comfortable!

Thank you for carrying our luggage up the stairs.We did not ask but it sure was appreciated.
This place is in a good location with a clean room and comfortable bed along with a tasty breakfast.

Really nice room with very friendly owner and a lovely daily breakfast. Room was spacious and clean and all the staff were friendly. Our only concern was the airconditioning which did not cool our room below 28 degrees (although we stayed over in exceptional heat - 40 degrees outside). All in all very good value for money.

Negative: Terrible Breakfast/No bread/AC not working efficiently/Also housekeeping turned off AC and we returned to sweltering room/lack of communication regarding directions to property/Upon arrival mo one at reception to open front door which required a code/Marketing of property as waterfront location dishonestly false.
